Facilities: Extremely clean, as expected from Japanese standards.
Hygiene: Very clean, with sanitizers available everywhere.
Ambiance: Very old-school elegant, the bedding is super comfortable, and I really loved the bathroom mirror – it's perfect for photos!
Service: Absolutely on point!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Tokyo Bay. The hotel offers beautiful views of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge, which made the experience feel really special, especially at night.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely professional and welcoming throughout the stay. Check-in was smooth, and everyone was very helpful whenever I had questions.

The location is also great—quiet and relaxing while still being conveniently connected to central Tokyo by train and monorail. It’s a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tokyo who wants a comfortable and scenic place to stay.

Even though it's an older hotel, the room decor is very bright and modern. Aside from the bathroom, which shows its age and isn't very comfortable, the rest of the room feels like a new hotel. The sea view is beautiful and breakfast is good.

The service was a bit subpar. My IHG member welcome amenity was only delivered to my room a day after check-in. Also, when I tried to check in before 3 PM, the front desk wanted to charge me extra for an early check-in, even if it meant an upgrade. I haven't encountered this situation before at hotels of this caliber in Japan.

The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. The kids loved watching the containers being loaded and unloaded. The service was professional, and the breakfast was good, especially the Udon noodles, which I highly recommend. I would consider staying here again.

First time in Japan, and I booked the hotel myself – it was a fantastic experience! Firstly, the location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. Secondly, the hotel service is impeccable. They were always ready to help with any questions I had. When I had an issue with directions, a front desk staff member actually walked me there herself. So warm and thoughtful!

The hotel's location is excellent, overlooking Tokyo Bay with views of the Rainbow Bridge, and it's convenient for getting to places like Marunouchi. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended!

A very satisfying hotel overall. While the transportation isn't the most convenient, they offer a shuttle bus to the JR station three times an hour, which we used daily and found quite convenient. For the return trip, it's a short walk or you can take the U-line. We were upgraded to a room on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view. The room isn't old at all, and personally, I think it's better than the Hilton.

The room was very clean, and the river view room offered an excellent, expansive view. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient for transportation; the subway station is just a two-minute walk away and provides direct access to the Ginza area.
