The transportation is super convenient, with a subway station right downstairs, making it easy to get to nearby malls. For a family of two adults and two children, the room size and price are quite good for Japan. The main reason we chose this location is that we needed to visit both the city center and Tokyo Disney, and this spot perfectly balances both.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Rinkai Line, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, especially to Disney. The room facilities were well-equipped, and the cleanliness was top-notch; there were no unpleasant odors. Breakfast is served on the first floor. We stayed for five nights and went at different times, but on three of those days, we encountered a queue. If you're in a hurry, you might want to factor in some extra time.

I stayed here for a conference, and it was quite busy, mostly with business travelers. The subway station is right downstairs, and it's within walking distance to the Big Sight exhibition center.
As a Hilton Honors member, I got free breakfast, and eating in the lounge meant no waiting in line. The room was relatively spacious compared to most in central Tokyo, though still on the smaller side, but it was very clean and the service was good.
There's a direct bus to Haneda Airport right outside, which is super convenient, and there were always taxis waiting downstairs.

The hotel is conveniently located near Ariake Station on the Yurikamome Line, making transportation easy. The room was clean and tidy, but felt a bit small. The Western-style breakfast buffet offered a decent selection. Overall, I think this hotel is more suitable for business travelers.

The hotel lobby is on the second floor, right next to the subway station, and there's a 7/11 on the first floor. The rooms are on the small side, but quite new. Breakfast offers a good variety, and it's relatively close to the exhibition hall—you can see it from the hotel, though it's still about a 10-minute walk.

It's super convenient to get here from Haneda Airport, about a 20-minute taxi ride. There's a subway and light rail station right downstairs. It was really easy to get to the nearby science museum, just a few stops away. They also offer free coffee and tea. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and a McDonald's and plenty of other restaurants across the street. I asked for a late check-out and the front desk processed it for me without any fuss.

The location is pretty good, right next to the station, making travel convenient. Initially, I accidentally booked this hotel instead of the Hilton Odaiba. I called internationally to try and cancel, but they wouldn't let me, and apparently, it's not even the same hotel chain as Hilton Odaiba, which was really frustrating. I specifically made an international call for help, but it was to no avail.

The hotel is relatively new with complete and well-maintained facilities. The front desk staff are very friendly. It's located in the Ariake area, within walking distance of Odaiba Seaside Park. It's also very convenient for various transportation options like public buses, trams, and private railways. There are many dining options available in the surrounding shopping malls, and the hotel's own breakfast is quite good, offering a rich and fresh selection.
