It's a great hotel. The view from the room is very good. It's full of vacation atmosphere, which makes people feel good. The location is also great. Room was small but enough for 2pax to just back in the room to rest for the night and head out the entire day. 2 Big luggage might be a slight challenge to open and pack in the room, but still ok if only 1 big luggage. Near by has quite alot of food and near to both Shinkansen and metro station.

The hotel lobby has a 7-Eleven, which is really convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks. There's also a mall downstairs, and you can walk through it to get to the train station easily. I always stay at the Prince Hotel when I come to Yokohama. I recommend choosing a smoking room on the 33rd floor, which are actually on the 35th floor, and are better renovated than the non-smoking rooms on the 33rd floor. The hotel breakfast is consistently high-quality, and the night view is beautiful~
