Update: We are sad to see them close for 3 years for renovation. We will definitely be staying on opening day! The hotel was wonderful and the staff made it exceptional! We love this place and stay here regularly. Great room, great view, great staff and food. All at a decent price, especially for this area.
This has been my go to hotel for the past 5 years. So sad it’s closing for 3 years for renovations. I’m sure in 2028 it will be absolutely amazing.

It's a great hotel. The view from the room is very good. It's full of vacation atmosphere, which makes people feel good. The location is also great. The bed is super comfortable to sleep on and the soundproofing is super good. I want to stay here again no matter what. Late, the only drawback is that the hotel's breakfast is relatively ordinary

Absolutely loved this hotel, it was really accessible and close to all places, has a superb view of the Yokohama skyline and the room is really clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend this hotel to family and couples!
This was my second visit to Yokohama, and staying at this InterContinental was an excellent choice, truly the best decision of the trip. The hotel's location is very convenient. The breakfast selection was limited, but there's a mall right next door which is super handy. There's also a convenience store on the first floor. You can easily walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and the CupNoodles Museum from here. The staff were really friendly too. Definitely recommend!
The hotel looks very new and has a nice exterior. Cleanliness: Pretty good. Environment: You can see the sea. Service: Decent, better than before. It's odd though, there are parking spaces right outside, but guests aren't allowed to park there.
