They showed me my reservation on my smartphone and I was able to complete the process, but I accidentally left my phone with them when I went to my room

I visited for the first time in three years, and it is still excellent. First of all, the location is great for sightseeing in the center of Yokohama

The tower is high, so it was great to be able to find the hotel without getting lost. The bath cosmetics at Ryu Spa were very good. I'd like to go to the bath again

The hotel is incredibly convenient, located right next to Shin-Yokohama Station – you can spot it immediately to your right after exiting. Getting to Chinatown by subway was also a breeze

Bus from and to airport direct to hotel. Numerous restaurants in the hotel. And soooo much more nearby and in Minatomirai. Sakuragicho is close and so is Motomachichugakai

Enjoyable stay with no real issues. The rooms were tastefully decorated and housekeeping did a great job. Convenient parking and a pleasant lobby. Happy with our choice.

Breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options. The Western buffet is on the first floor, while the Japanese set meal is on the fourth floor. The overall service is excellent, and the food is decent

The location is very convenient; all nearby attractions are within walking distance. The Landmark Tower is currently under construction and won't reopen until 2028, and other museums are closed on Mondays

This branded hotel is definitely different from traditional Japanese hotels. The rooms are spacious, and the lobby is grand, built with high-quality materials, exuding a sense of luxury everywhere

Directly from the airport, but a bit far from the station. The upside is the nice view, and it's very close to Marks shopping center – you can just cut through it to get there.

A wonderful hotel in an ideal location. 2nd tallest building in Japan. Close to Subway and train station. Service is fantastic. English is well spoken by all the staff I interacted with. Restaurants are top notch.

Update: We are sad to see them close for 3 years for renovation. We will definitely be staying on opening day! The hotel was wonderful and the staff made it exceptional! We love this place and stay here regularly

It is very disappointing that I felt the quality of the employees working there were poorly trained, which is not appropriate for a hotel in this kind of price range

This has been my go to hotel for the past 5 years. So sad it’s closing for 3 years for renovations. I’m sure in 2028 it will be absolutely amazing.

The view from the room is very nice. We paid additional 6k yen for this view which is totally worth it. Aside from the view, there’s nothing special. No amenities for the guests to enjoy

There's a 24-hour 7-Eleven downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall, the value for money is pretty good. If I visit again, I'd probably choose this hotel

The hotel is a bit old, but I was really drawn to it because of the balcony. The location is great, directly connected to Queen's Square, so dining and entertainment are very convenient

It's not far from the station, but it's not on the main road. You have to go up a small hill, which is not too troublesome. The small street view is also good. Noge-koji is also quite famous

The front desk guy spoke Chinese, which was a nice surprise! Luggage storage and check-in were smooth and friendly. Self check-out was easy. The environment is great, much more comfortable than Tokyo or Osaka.

This place is kind of a hidden gem in Yokohama Great location, right near train station, a nice park, plenty of food and drink options, rooms are priced right, decent sized, carpeted, fresh towels daily, it’s quiet and tucked away from the main street but close enough to walk to quickly enough They have a buffet breakfast that looks great (haven’t tried yet) Book it! The hotel's front desk is on the second floor, and there's a convenient store downstairs, which is really handy for buying things. The subway station is right outside, making it super easy to get around

2025 I have tried the buffet breakfast and it is fantastic- the dumplings, miso soup, rice (I add kimchi and pickles) mackerel, yogurt are all very tasty, highly recommend the buffet breakfast!

Right at the subway exit, you're there. You can walk to nearby attractions, though it's a bit of a distance – maybe a kilometer. The facilities are a bit old, but clean and hygienic

Location in best just above Yokohama station. Lots of eating options in the station and yodabashi shopping. Near by walking to outdoor shopping street with many 24 hrs dining Room is huge for Japan hotel standards.

The hotel has excellent service with friendly and helpful staff. I booked wrong room type and they changed for me efficiently. The room also has an air purifier which helps as Yokohama Japan was very dry

The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's a mere 5-minute walk from the MM line subway station, and after crossing just two streets, you're in Chinatown. The waterfront is also only a 5-minute stroll away

I didn't see many Chinese people. This was probably the best hotel of this trip, and its value for money far surpassed hotels in Tokyo and even those near Minatomirai Station in Yokohama

Why do I say that? Because of its excellent service, cleanliness, and proximity to the station. It's especially convenient for getting to Chinatown, Motomachi, and other areas

This is a perfect central spot in Yokohama. Amazing place for any kind of trip, whether it's a couple's getaway, friend's escape, or business trip

Most of them are foreigner Nepalese, they will show long face and unhappy if you request to clean up the room after 1pm, it was so annoying too since we can't stay in hotel room and force to leave the room

There is a bus stop at the door that goes to Haneda Airport, and from Haneda you can take a bus to Narita Airport. The bus stop diagonally opposite this bus stop goes to Yokohama Station, where shopping is all there

The main building of the hotel is on the 5th floor, which is a high-rise building. I booked a corner smoking room and changed it to a front-facing room for an additional 3,000 yen. This is completely acceptable

Good Value, Repeat Stay in Yokohama This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I’ll definitely book again when I visit Yokohama

My favorite part was the bathtub—it has built-in steps, which made soaking very comfortable and convenient. The room was clean overall, and the front desk staff were professional

The only downside is that the price was a bit high. It would be perfect if it were a little cheaper. I would consider staying here again if the budget allows in the future

Perfect location and clean room! The breakfast is great. Onsen, coin laundry, vending machine, and amenities are all great. The staffs are also friendly! Walkable from Shin Yokohama Station and lots of restaurants nearby

The public bath is a little bit small so i recommend not going in peak hours, I went at 23:30 and it was not so full (for the female bath you will need to enter with the security number)

There are many eating places and convenience stores around the hotel, which is generally very convenient. The free breakfast is rich in variety, including vegetables and meat. It is self-service and tastes good

If it is a smoking room, some smells will be stronger. There is also a cemetery next to Xinzian Station. It was a bit scary when I saw it as soon as I came out of the station

Whether it’s going to Tokyo Station or Haneda Airport, it’s all on the same line (Haneda needs to get off in the middle and transfer to the opposite side to Haneda)

This time I stayed in room 919, which is a smoking floor. The smell was not bad, not too exaggerated, and the room was not too noisy, just like white noise

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Associa. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers using JR trains — direct access to or very close to the station made moving around effortless, even with luggage

The hotel is located right above Shin-Yokohama JR Station, so parking is quite expensive at 2200 yen per night. The upside is that you can take the elevator directly from B2 where you park to the 10th-floor front desk
