I mean, they just didn't give it back to me, right? Is that really considered lost? I was happy that there was a large public bath. Check-out was easy and smooth; I just had to return the key card
I was very satisfied. It was my first time visiting Yokohama from Hokkaido. The scenery and the room were so beautiful, it was almost too luxurious for me. My trip to Yokohama was so enjoyable. I'll come again.
The hotel is large and luxurious, and well-equipped with amenities such as a restaurant, convenience store, swimming pool (limited time), large public bath, massage chairs, ice machine, and microwave
I visited for the first time in three years, and it is still excellent. First of all, the location is great for sightseeing in the center of Yokohama
I especially loved being able to grill various fish and shellfish, including shishamo, right in front of me at breakfast!
I booked a single room but got a large room with twin beds, which was great. It's also close to the amusement park area.

Great location, easy to access, right next to JR station, department store, food street, and Ramen Museum 👍🏻 Highly hotel building, nice breakfast 👍🏻
Room was small but enough for 2pax to just back in the room to rest for the night and head out the entire day. 2 Big luggage might be a slight challenge to open and pack in the room, but still ok if only 1 big luggage
Simple and afordable. Close place to catch the shinkansen.
The hotel lobby has a 7-Eleven, which is really convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks. There's also a mall downstairs, and you can walk through it to get to the train station easily
The room was great, especially having a washing machine. The view from the window was also nice, and the observation deck outside the 20th-floor front desk was particularly beautiful
I recommend choosing a smoking room on the 33rd floor, which are actually on the 35th floor, and are better renovated than the non-smoking rooms on the 33rd floor

The location is great too especially if you're there for the meeting or convention as you can walk by walking through the shopping center and the walkway (sadly the walkway doesn't have cover most of the way so there is a chance to get rained on) The hotel is accessible via the shopping center which is lots and lots of options for food
Update: We are sad to see them close for 3 years for renovation. We will definitely be staying on opening day! The hotel was wonderful and the staff made it exceptional! We love this place and stay here regularly
My husband and I couldn’t believe that the foods we had at a business hotel were way better than this so called 5star hotel. very disappointing… I guess this will be our last time to stay here
The view from the room is very good. It's full of vacation atmosphere, which makes people feel good. The bed is super comfortable to sleep on and the soundproofing is super good. I want to stay here again no matter what
The breakfast buffet is a big DISAPPOINTMENT!!! It’s our 3rd time in this hotel but this time we felt cheated. They charged too much for the breakfast but nothing special
-All the Staff are polite from front desk to concierge and doorman/bellman Hotel Room 8/10 - Room Is clean But need to use more vacuum for the dust, and the bathtub need to be wipe , the black dirt stain is from previous use and its so visible

After getting your parking ticket, check in and register it at the front desk. You can then enter and exit as many times as you like, free of charge, which is very convenient. Facilities: Surprisingly dated
On the positive side, the front desk service was efficient, and the restaurant staff in the ocean-view corridor provided excellent service. Just a heads up, there's a charge for parking
Enjoyable stay with no real issues. The rooms were tastefully decorated and housekeeping did a great job. Convenient parking and a pleasant lobby. Happy with our choice.
Parking: Free! Just navigate to the hotel and drive into the large parking lot you'll see (we circled three times, but the signs are actually very clear)
The location is very convenient; all nearby attractions are within walking distance. The Landmark Tower is currently under construction and won't reopen until 2028, and other museums are closed on Mondays
Breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options. The Western buffet is on the first floor, while the Japanese set meal is on the fourth floor. The overall service is excellent, and the food is decent

The room was a bit small, but the environment was great, offering direct views of Yokohama's nightscape. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also plentiful. Highly recommend booking with breakfast!
This hotel's location is truly ideal. We were lucky to get a room on a higher floor with a great view, which was beautiful in the distance. The breakfast in the morning was extensive
There's a 24-hour 7-Eleven downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall, the value for money is pretty good. If I visit again, I'd probably choose this hotel
At first, there was a slight smell in the room, but considering the cleaning, price, and overall value, it’s still a solid choice. There’s nothing much within walking distance around the hotel, though
The hotel is very close to Sakuragicho Station, Yokohama Air Cabin, and Minato Mirai. The room at the end of the hotel offers a beautiful view of Mount Fuji
Our room is spacious for a family of 4 and even has a nice view overlooking the cosmo21. Easy and quick check-in/out process. Would love to stay longer next time. Highly recommended to everyone

My room included a balcony looking towards the bay that made all my nights memorable. Great place for a romantic getaway
such a convenient and comfortable stay, and everything is great here with helpful staf
Very nice and accommodating staffs. The entire hotel is clean and organized. More importantly, I feel secured staying here because of card access is required in using the elevator.
The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel lobby. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, and it's a short walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and the seaside
Super luxurious and incredibly spacious, definitely the biggest hotel I've stayed in Japan! I was absolutely amazed! The view was fantastic, right overlooking the Ferris wheel 🎡. I'll definitely be back! So satisfied! 👍
This is my first time in this hotel. Nice, clean, spacious room with a view towards the Yokohama Bay. It is very convenient and the Limousine Bus to Narita Airport and Heneda Airport stops here

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel. The hotel is next to the Yokohama Stations and 3 big department stores. There is a fresh market and many restaurants located at the basement shopping street
Location in best just above Yokohama station. Lots of eating options in the station and yodabashi shopping. Near by walking to outdoor shopping street with many 24 hrs dining Room is huge for Japan hotel standards.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! The subway takes you directly into the hotel and the mall, making shopping a breeze. Getting to Yokohama Station is super easy with all the connections
This is a great, old-school hotel. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic, really washes away the day's fatigue.
I'll definitely stay here again next time!
The trade-off is that there's a lot of foot traffic nearby and many exits, so it takes a bit of getting used to when you first arrive

It's also just a 20-minute walk to Chinatown. Just a heads up, you need to insert your key card for the power outlets in the room to work
This place is kind of a hidden gem in Yokohama Great location, right near train station, a nice park, plenty of food and drink options, rooms are priced right, decent sized, carpeted, fresh towels daily, it’s quiet and tucked away from the main street but close enough to walk to quickly enough They have a buffet breakfast that looks great (haven’t tried yet) Book it! Highly recommended! Edit on 2
The front desk guy spoke Chinese, which was a nice surprise! Luggage storage and check-in were smooth and friendly. Self check-out was easy. The environment is great, much more comfortable than Tokyo or Osaka.
The hotel's front desk is on the second floor, and there's a convenient store downstairs, which is really handy for buying things. The subway station is right outside, making it super easy to get around
2025 I have tried the buffet breakfast and it is fantastic- the dumplings, miso soup, rice (I add kimchi and pickles) mackerel, yogurt are all very tasty, highly recommend the buffet breakfast!
Right at the subway exit, you're there. You can walk to nearby attractions, though it's a bit of a distance – maybe a kilometer. The facilities are a bit old, but clean and hygienic

Suitable for budget accommodation. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean, I liked the parquet floor. However, there are stains on the carpet in the corridors. The staff is friendly.
I used this hotel as accommodation for my internship. The front desk lent me a hair straightener and the customer service was very polite. The room was clean and the view from the window was great
It's not far from the station, but it's not on the main road. You have to go up a small hill, which is not too troublesome. The small street view is also good. Noge-koji is also quite famous
The facilities are a bit old, clearly showing their age. However, you can tell that it was once a luxurious hotel. The hygiene and service are both good, and the location is quiet.
Located on the hill side. Laundry machine is available for washing and drying. Not far from Sakuragi cho station and some great choices of restaurants nearby, too.
I was upgraded to a room for free. The toilet is also very large. The hotel is like the one from 20 years ago. I quite like the hotels of that period

It's also very quiet at night, and the surroundings are beautiful 😋. Since it's an American brand hotel, it's much more fully equipped in all aspects
Really enjoy the stay and helpful staff. Value for this price of booking. Surrounding with tourist attractions and nearby china town. Staff is nice and helpful.
It's such a beautiful and lovely hotel 🌺. This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far. The value for money at this hotel is incredible ❣️
The hotel service was excellent, and the location is great. However, parking in the underground garage for a rental car costs 2000 per day.
Reception: This was a reception as you expect, and felt super luxury so it was definitely impressive! Location: This was walking distance to many shops and the nice harbor so definitely this is a place perfect for business or family!
The hotel was excellent! We didn't have breakfast, but the environment was great and the price was quite reasonable. The best part was that the beds could be put together. It was truly wonderful. My child loved it...

3 is subtracted because of the nuisance of having amenities scattered across the hotel. Microwave on 10th floor, laundry room on another, and must request for clothes iron from staff. Would definitely book again 9
The hotel is located in the curved building to the left of Sakuragicho East Exit. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and guest rooms occupy floors up to about the 18th floor, making it very convenient
This is a perfect central spot in Yokohama. Amazing place for any kind of trip, whether it's a couple's getaway, friend's escape, or business trip
Amazing views from the hotel with lots of restaurant options nearby, theme park, mall, and 3 minute walk from the train station. Amazing customer service with 24/7 response time
In the evening, the B1 supermarket offers discounts on cooked food, and on the ground floor near the subway exit, there's a century-old French bakery, which I highly recommend
This hotel is almost perfect I would said, it is highly recommended. However, the only flaws of this hotel is the houseseeping service

There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs and a Sukiya restaurant next door. The twin room is much larger, and it even comes with a curling iron! I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Chinatown
Great location, right next to the entrance of Chinatown, perfect for a Yokohama city walk from south to north. The MM Line and JR/JH lines are just a few minutes' walk away
The hotel's location is fantastic, making it super convenient for getting around. It's really close to the Yokohama International Cruise Terminal, and just a 10-minute walk to Yamashita Park and Chinatown
Our room was spacious, bright, and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All in all, it offers excellent value for money
The hotel is located to the west of the stadium, just绕 the stadium from the east side, and it's right by the Kannai subway station. It's actually a historic building, a really beautiful white house
The room was clean and quiet, and noticeably more spacious with a larger bed than the same room type at the Daiwa in Kumamoto

Great location being right next to chinatown and shopping districts. Service is impeccable with extremely attentive staff. Price was also reasonable. Works highly recommend.
A hotel with a very old-money feel, a historical and cultural heritage site, with a development history similar to the Peace Hotel in Shanghai.
The clock wasn't silent and was quite loud late at night. The windows were poorly insulated, and the sound of cars at night disturbed my sleep. Breakfast was a Japanese and Western set menu
Nice view from room. Easy to go around. Nice and helpful front desk.
The room is spacious and nice. Wanted to extend two more nights but the cost has increased and need to change rooms.
There is a bus stop at the door that goes to Haneda Airport, and from Haneda you can take a bus to Narita Airport. The bus stop diagonally opposite this bus stop goes to Yokohama Station, where shopping is all there

Overall, the room was quite good.
such an amazing place, clean good security and only 5 minutes from shinyokohama st. They offer an open free bar until 22:00 and free travel skin care for female travelers
Perfect location and clean room! The breakfast is great. Onsen, coin laundry, vending machine, and amenities are all great. The staffs are also friendly! Walkable from Shin Yokohama Station and lots of restaurants nearby
The public bath is a little bit small so i recommend not going in peak hours, I went at 23:30 and it was not so full (for the female bath you will need to enter with the security number)
The late-night bath option is a huge plus. While the room is compact, it's perfectly adequate. The complimentary breakfast is more than enough to fill you up
We were so incredibly impressed by this hotel. It deserves more than three stars. I think locals come here in the morning and pay to have their breakfast

My favorite part was the bathtub—it has built-in steps, which made soaking very comfortable and convenient. The room was clean overall, and the front desk staff were professional
The cozy lobby offers hot coffee, tea, and chocolate 24 hours, making it a welcoming space any time of day. Location is excellent—just a 2‑minute walk from the new South Exit
The only downside is that the price was a bit high. It would be perfect if it were a little cheaper. I would consider staying here again if the budget allows in the future
The rooms are super clean and tidy, with good‑quality toiletries that cover everything you need. Staff respond quickly, smartly, and are very helpful
A wonderful stay! My friends and I each booked a "Superior Single Room" for our trip, and I found the room size just right for one person

It's close to Bashamichi Station and Sakuragicho Station, making it very convenient for getting around. There's a water dispenser, amenities are available, breakfast is included, and the staff are friendly
However, this time, perhaps because there were too many guests, the bowls for breakfast ran out and weren't replenished in time. If you arrive late, some dishes are also unavailable and won't be refilled
The hotel is close to the subway station, and there's a convenience store downstairs, making it easy to buy late-night snacks. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and you can also take takeout boxes back to your room
It's a standard budget hotel, located in a convenient area in each city, so there are almost no problems. Plus, the price includes breakfast, making it my go-to choice whenever I visit major cities in Japan
Check-in was smooth, and breakfast was delicious. I checked in late at night, but perhaps because of that, it wasn't crowded. I would definitely like to stay again.
It's conveniently located near Sakuragicho Station and within a 10-20 minute walk of Yokohama Minato Mirai Castle, where walks offer beautiful nighttime views

The custom bedding was incredibly soft, and the standalone bathtub with a harbor-view window was a highlight – soaking in the tub while watching the Ferris wheel turn in the port created an absolutely enchanting ambiance
The hotel's location is perfect – within walking distance to Yamashita Park and the Red Brick Warehouse, and super close to the station. This trip to Yokohama was truly captivated by the beauty of The Kahala!
This hotel boasts a prime location, a very generous breakfast, and excellent surrounding amenities. I always stay here for business trips and highly recommend it to business travelers
The moment I stepped in, I was enveloped by a vibrant Hawaiian atmosphere, and a cheerful 'Aloha' from the staff instantly melted away my travel fatigue

This was my second visit to Yokohama, and staying at this InterContinental was an excellent choice, truly the best decision of the trip. We stayed for five nights and explored all of Yokohama and the surrounding areas
The bathtub separated from the shower area is a smart idea and i really like size of the bathroom. The mattress is not so soft but it is acceptable for me, I like the pillows and the comforter provided, the are nice
Hotels in Yokohama offer much better value for money compared to Tokyo. Breakfast was a combination of à la carte and a semi-buffet. I ordered the beef with a soft-boiled egg, which was absolutely delicious
The room was spacious, the bed was large, the facilities were very new, and everything was impeccably clean. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks, plus many restaurants and cafes within walking distance
The room was very spacious, and the hotel is well-maintained, much newer and better kept than many hotels in Tokyo. The mini-bar offered a good selection of complimentary drinks (excluding alcoholic ones)
The hotel's location is very convenient. The breakfast selection was limited, but there's a mall right next door which is super handy. There's also a convenience store on the first floor

The location is great! You can walk to Sakuragicho to take the cable car 🚡, and the subway station nearby is also very close. There's a Saizeriya and a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is super convenient!
Location was good. However, breakfast was served in the Café below the hotel. The queue for breakfast and wait was long .
It feels quite secure too, as you need to use your key card to operate the elevators. You can grab daily necessities from a self-service dispenser, and the room rate offers great value for money
Environment: Not bad, but it's a bit far from the subway and train station, which is a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage
For room cleaning, you can choose daily service or just towel changes by placing the corresponding colored tag on your door before heading out. All amenities are conveniently available for guests to pick up in the lobby
