Hotels with pool in Yokohama

The hotel is large and luxurious, and well-equipped with amenities such as a restaurant, convenience store, swimming pool (limited time), large public bath, massage chairs, ice machine, and microwave

I was very satisfied. It was my first time visiting Yokohama from Hokkaido. The scenery and the room were so beautiful, it was almost too luxurious for me. My trip to Yokohama was so enjoyable. I'll come again.

I visited for the first time in three years, and it is still excellent. First of all, the location is great for sightseeing in the center of Yokohama

I especially loved being able to grill various fish and shellfish, including shishamo, right in front of me at breakfast!

I booked a single room but got a large room with twin beds, which was great. It's also close to the amusement park area.

Small room but fully equipped with amenities and functions

This hotel is an iconic landmark in Yokohama Port, but it's quite old, so the room facilities are dated, and the cleanliness was disappointing. I even found a clump of false eyelashes on my bath towel that weren't mine

This branded hotel is definitely different from traditional Japanese hotels. The rooms are spacious, and the lobby is grand, built with high-quality materials, exuding a sense of luxury everywhere

The location is very convenient; all nearby attractions are within walking distance. The Landmark Tower is currently under construction and won't reopen until 2028, and other museums are closed on Mondays

Breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options. The Western buffet is on the first floor, while the Japanese set meal is on the fourth floor. The overall service is excellent, and the food is decent

Directly from the airport, but a bit far from the station. The upside is the nice view, and it's very close to Marks shopping center – you can just cut through it to get there.

The Japanese restaurant is less crowded and has a more refined atmosphere, while the Western restaurant is busier but offers views of the bay and cruise ships

The location is great too especially if you're there for the meeting or convention as you can walk by walking through the shopping center and the walkway (sadly the walkway doesn't have cover most of the way so there is a chance to get rained on) The hotel is accessible via the shopping center which is lots and lots of options for food

Update: We are sad to see them close for 3 years for renovation. We will definitely be staying on opening day! The hotel was wonderful and the staff made it exceptional! We love this place and stay here regularly

I had a room on one of the Sky Resort Floor Atelier Deluxe and had amazing views overlooking part of the harbor and into Tokyo. Thus I had amazing evening views that included being able to Tokyo Tower 🗼

It is very disappointing that I felt the quality of the employees working there were poorly trained, which is not appropriate for a hotel in this kind of price range

Have quite pretty views and big room can make the vacation more enjoyable but the rooms are a little bit close and can see the neighbors pretty clear

Late, the only drawback is that the hotel's breakfast is relatively ordinary

My room included a balcony looking towards the bay that made all my nights memorable. Great place for a romantic getaway

such a convenient and comfortable stay, and everything is great here with helpful staf

Super luxurious and incredibly spacious, definitely the biggest hotel I've stayed in Japan! I was absolutely amazed! The view was fantastic, right overlooking the Ferris wheel 🎡. I'll definitely be back! So satisfied! 👍

The hotel is a bit old, but I was really drawn to it because of the balcony. The location is great, directly connected to Queen's Square, so dining and entertainment are very convenient

Very nice and accommodating staffs. The entire hotel is clean and organized. More importantly, I feel secured staying here because of card access is required in using the elevator.

We really enjoyed our stay in Yokohama. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well maintained, with a convenient location

I used this hotel as accommodation for my internship. The front desk lent me a hair straightener and the customer service was very polite. The room was clean and the view from the window was great

It's not far from the station, but it's not on the main road. You have to go up a small hill, which is not too troublesome. The small street view is also good. Noge-koji is also quite famous

The facilities are a bit old, clearly showing their age. However, you can tell that it was once a luxurious hotel. The hygiene and service are both good, and the location is quiet.

Located on the hill side. Laundry machine is available for washing and drying. Not far from Sakuragi cho station and some great choices of restaurants nearby, too.

I was upgraded to a room for free. The toilet is also very large. The hotel is like the one from 20 years ago. I quite like the hotels of that period

It was my first time staying at a business hotel, but I think it was perfect. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Yokohama!

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel. The hotel is next to the Yokohama Stations and 3 big department stores. There is a fresh market and many restaurants located at the basement shopping street

Location in best just above Yokohama station. Lots of eating options in the station and yodabashi shopping. Near by walking to outdoor shopping street with many 24 hrs dining Room is huge for Japan hotel standards.

The breakfast was just so-so; there weren't many people eating, probably because it's not great value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by shopping malls

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Plus, the location is super convenient. I'd definitely come back again.

The location is great as the B1 was linked to Yokohama station, Takashimaya, SOGO, Newoman and JOINUS buildings. Yokohama station also has a Keikyu Line that is direct commute to Haneda airport (30 mins and cost ＜¥400)

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! The subway takes you directly into the hotel and the mall, making shopping a breeze. Getting to Yokohama Station is super easy with all the connections

Convenient transportation, has a bathhouse, provides breakfast, clean and comfortable, nothing special.

I liked it very much. The food was delicious and it's close to the subway.

The location was good and I enjoyed it. I would like to use it again.

This place very clean and comfortable location.

One of the best short stays in Yokohama

Because I was planning a road trip and needed to return the car, I wanted to find a convenient parking spot near a national highway, so I chose Masahiro, but it turned out to be in the heart of Yokohama

3 is subtracted because of the nuisance of having amenities scattered across the hotel. Microwave on 10th floor, laundry room on another, and must request for clothes iron from staff. Would definitely book again 9

The hotel is located in the curved building to the left of Sakuragicho East Exit. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and guest rooms occupy floors up to about the 18th floor, making it very convenient

This is a perfect central spot in Yokohama. Amazing place for any kind of trip, whether it's a couple's getaway, friend's escape, or business trip

Amazing views from the hotel with lots of restaurant options nearby, theme park, mall, and 3 minute walk from the train station. Amazing customer service with 24/7 response time

In the evening, the B1 supermarket offers discounts on cooked food, and on the ground floor near the subway exit, there's a century-old French bakery, which I highly recommend

This hotel is almost perfect I would said, it is highly recommended. However, the only flaws of this hotel is the houseseeping service

The indoor heated pool and high-end fitness equipment were comprehensive, and the 24-hour concierge service was incredibly thoughtful

The custom bedding was incredibly soft, and the standalone bathtub with a harbor-view window was a highlight – soaking in the tub while watching the Ferris wheel turn in the port created an absolutely enchanting ambiance

The hotel's location is perfect – within walking distance to Yamashita Park and the Red Brick Warehouse, and super close to the station. This trip to Yokohama was truly captivated by the beauty of The Kahala!

This hotel boasts a prime location, a very generous breakfast, and excellent surrounding amenities. I always stay here for business trips and highly recommend it to business travelers

The moment I stepped in, I was enveloped by a vibrant Hawaiian atmosphere, and a cheerful 'Aloha' from the staff instantly melted away my travel fatigue

From the fresh sushi at the Japanese restaurant to the exquisite dishes on the Italian terrace, my taste buds embarked on a global culinary journey

Facilities: One person stay is really comfortable, all the organs, although the non-smoking room is gone, but the room does not smell smoke, and there are windows - favorite is the bathtub - after daily rampage, back to the hotel to take a bath really reset Hygiene: Very clean, although you can see some facilities are old, but very clean, Japanese accommodation basic requirements right this is Environment...

They said they would store my luggage the next day, but for convenience, I left it in a coin locker at the station. It was very clean and I had no complaints. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity

Close to the shin Yokohama station  Clean. Enough space for one person  Thank you for letting me stay

Very small room, but fairly quiet. There was a body hair on top of the toilet lid when I arrived, and dust on window sill and between bed and wall, but sheets were clean

Good. The location is close to both Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Arena. They also stored my luggage for half a day after check-out, which was very helpful.

I contacted them to store my luggage before checking in, and by coincidence, they said a room was ready and kindly recommended an early check-in

The place was old, but well kept enough. The staff were helpful, and the location is near the furthest exit of the train station - so mostly sheltered, which is great

Great location, only about a 6-7 minute walk to Yokohama Station.

Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard

However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12

Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer

The room was good for the price, and very well situated in yokohama, made it easy to get places

And note that that is a different station from the regular Yokohama station. I will definitely go back again!

If I come back to Shin-Yokohama area, I’ll definitely choose this hotel again!

I was very satisfied! The location is also very good, as Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Arena are both close by! One thing that bothered me a little was that there was a strange noise I'd never heard when I was in the elevator, which made me a little uneasy, probably because the hotel was built about 40 years ago

The hotel is good and very convenient to travel to. The room is comfortable and quite spacious, not cramped. The travel is convenient and impressive. The price is reasonable and worth it

Maybe because I booked early, I was able to stay in a spacious room on the top floor, even though it was cheap at 5,500 yen per person on a weekday

There were some parts that felt a bit dated, but it was well-cleaned and had a clean feeling◎

A comfortable stay at a reasonable price. The location was a 5 minute walk from the JR line. The hotel provided a decent selection of room amenities in the lobby with green tea. And coffee options for the drinks

The room was a decent size and clean. however the rooms were a little older, they had ample power points but didn't have any USB-A or C ports. They do provide 1 cable dongle with all types that can be used in the room

Lawson FamilyMart 2 min walking distance…Aeon and 7-11 also 5 min walk away. Very convenient location with a lot of restaurants and near to station.

The location is excellent and convenient. The room size is comfortable, and there are plenty of restaurants around the area

The Richmond Hotel Yokohama-Bashamichi was spotless, conveniently located, and had exceptional service. The amenities were perfect, and the staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend for couples♥️

All good. Best hotel ever on the planet. Love the hotel services and everything in the room. Superb.

We needed another towel for our son but since the room was a king bed only there was only 2 towels. Reception staff super helpful with info

Very good location, spit away to china town. surrounded of restaurants.walking distance to,yamashita park, red bricks, minato mirai.

Great location! Close to a lot of shopping and food places. Staff was very professional and check in was pleasant.

Highly recommended for those who have family, business and couple. Very g9od location to explore Yokohama. Breakfast was just ok, but dim sum was nice. They open swimming pool during summer. Good enough for small kids.

This hotel is great! It's right next to Chinatown and just a short walk to the subway station. Highly recommend!

Location is great, right inside Chinatown. Also there is a bus stop right outside the hotel for haneda airport express. Amenities were lacking as they charge money for extra bath towel around 500 yen

The room also provides towel texture disposable slippers

1: Very solid location for traveling back to Tokyo neighborhoods, Yokohama, Haneda airport. 2: the hotel facilities are adequate, space is understandable size compared with Japanese hotels

Walls were dirty, floors, bed, and restroom were good. 3: walls are thin, hopefully you have conscientious guests above and to the side. 4: metro is nearby and can be heard until late hours or in early hours

The bed and room were decently sized for Japan. Honestly I would love to stay here again!

5: overall a good base considering the price

It's a great hotel! Loved every minute I stayed there. It was about 40 minutes from tokyo proper and reasonably priced. They have english speaking staff and free toothbrushes and bath supplies

I love the location it's in really close to shin-yokohama station and shopping centers. I'm also so glad it's close to a location where you could take the limousine bus to the airport. I would definitely stay here again

Room and especially the bathroom more spacious than other hotels I've stayed at in Japan which I absolutely loved. I also really liked the white slippers they provided I really wanted to bring it home with me

For example, when I casually mentioned wanting to see the local night view, they thoughtfully marked the best viewing spots and routes. This meticulous care is the essence of Japanese service

Good clean well maintained hotel. Close enough to station if walking with many suitcases. Courteous professional check-in and staff. Big room good value for money

This time we changed to a different room type, which was a bit smaller. We booked a room with breakfast included, which was served at a coffee shop downstairs

Really happy I chose this place for my last few nights left in Japan. Staff were really friendly and helpful

The disposable toiletries weren't the best, so I'd recommend bringing your own toothbrush. If you're heading to the station with luggage during peak morning hours, it's about a 15-minute walk

The large public bath in the basement was a great way to relax my tired body. I'd love to stay here again if I go to Yokohama. The staff were also very helpful and polite.

Best hotel I ever had and best facility too, very nice environment

The room was small, but still big enough to open two 28-inch suitcases. Having a large public bath on the first basement level is quite rare for a Western-style hotel in Japan. The overall service was great

What looks to be an old building newly renovated. Comfortable , but not in the greatest part of town and not a nice trek to and from the station. Room was clean and newly renovated, bed comfortable

We were staying in Yokohama for 7 nights. We almost changed our hotel to another but we were too lazy to move. So we decided to stay 7 nights straight at the Hotel Plumm, which wasn't disappointing us

The hotel is nice and not far from the train station. There is a McDonald’s and a Lawson right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. Transportation is easy and getting around is hassle-free

Very close to south gate of kannai station. Good air conditioning in room. Strong water pressure and hot shower. Close to at least 3 convenience stores for snacks

Everything is good just that toilet is too small. Bed bigger than usual hotel in japan. Near to metro. Many eatries around.

However, the sound of passing trains can be noticeable, so it may not be suitable for light sleepers

20 minutes to international passenger cruise terminal or chinatown

Very nice hotel 👍 But toilet is too narrow 😄

Even the pedestrian overpasses are equipped with escalators, which is super convenient! Hotel service was impeccable; they even left two extra sets of toiletries right outside my door, which was a nice surprise, haha! I highly recommend staying here! The value for money is absolutely spot on

One couple in our group had mistakenly booked a double room for single occupancy, but the staff at check-in immediately helped us rectify it – they were incredibly accommodating! The front desk also offered a variety of complimentary drinks from 1 PM to 11 PM

Staffs are great & friendly,. Will definitely come back in this hotel. Free drinks to the guests from 1-11pm but i hope there’s a complimentary water at least 2 bottles of mineral per room per day. 🙏

Before our trip, I'd read some reviews and cautioned my friends not to set their expectations too high. We actually stayed for three nights, occupying three rooms

The location is excellent, very close to Sakuragicho. We could easily walk to Minatomirai 21 for a lovely evening stroll and to admire the night views

Plus, just a left turn out of the hotel entrance leads you to a bustling street packed with delicious local snacks!

Small rooms but no problem since we are always outside. Staff are friendly and very great location!

Nice hotel in a quiet area, within walking distance of Yokohama's bar district.

It's okay. The room is too small.

Very convenient location, clean room. Small but very functional

Short train ride to the Haneda airport

The hotel is very good. The room is not big, but it is clean, tidy and comfortable. I like it very much. The price-performance ratio is also very, very good. I will stay here again if I come back. I recommend it.
