Yokohama, 2-15-20 Shin-Yokohama, Kohoku-ku (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is just in front of Shin Yokohama station Will book this hotel again in the future..
Close to the shin Yokohama station  Clean. Enough space for one person  Thank you for letting me stay
Good. The location is close to both Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Arena. They also stored my luggage for half a day after check-out, which was very helpful.
The hotel's location is very strategic. If you're hungry, just go in front of the hotel. There's Burger King and Seven Eleven.
Here is the English translation: I booked a hotel through this app, and the payment was deducted via PayPay. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to pay again. The hotel fee is ¥13,100. Now it has been charged twice, so the total is ¥26,200. Why did this happen?
Close to blue line exit10. Very small room, but fairly quiet. There was a body hair on top of the toilet lid when I arrived, and dust on window sill and between bed and wall, but sheets were clean. Breakfast is ok if it is included, but not worth paying 800 yen for if not included.

Yokohama, 1-21-13 Tsurumi-chuo Tsurumi-ku (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is quite convenient, close to both Keikyu Tsurumi and JR Tsurumi stations. The elevator is a bit old, and only one was operational during my stay, but it should be repaired or replaced soon. The in-room facilities are generally outdated, especially the bathroom. Room soundproofing is mediocre; you can clearly hear cleaning noises from outside during the day.
The room matches the pictures online. Even though it seems clean, the rugs and walls could use a deep clean or even be renewed. The room had its own microwave, which is very convenient. Overall it was absolutely ok for one night.
Excellent value for money and very affordable. There weren't many Chinese visitors around, which made for a fantastic experience.
Pretty good overall. I stayed at Livemax for several nights.
The place was incredibly cheap and surprisingly spacious. It uses a traditional key. It's a bit of a walk from the station. I even checked out an hour late and wasn't called or charged. While I'm not advocating for this, I personally found their flexibility and understanding very convenient.
Good value, clean, and convenient for both transportation and dining.

Nice hotel in a quiet area, within walking distance of Yokohama's bar district.
The behavior of the people at the counter is very bad.

Amazing stay. Beautiful room (it seemed to be better than the one in Yokohama) Amenities are good as always. Didn't hear any noise. You check out using the machine, it takes 20 seconds.
Clean but the room very small for 4 people. But its ok just for sleep.
Clean but the room very small for 4 people. But its ok just for sleep.
It was alright. Though small, the facilities were complete, and it was clean. There's a bathtub for soaking, and it's very close to Shin-Yokohama Station.
Remembering to review this much later, so some details are a bit hazy. What I do recall clearly is that there was a Chinese-speaking receptionist who helped me check in. I think the air conditioning might have been blowing a bit directly on me, but given the limited space, it was probably designed as best as possible. The surrounding area has excellent basic amenities. All in all, it offered decent...
Satisfied. The hotel boasts a superb location, just a 5-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama Station, offering excellent connections to the Shinkansen, multiple JR lines, and Yokohama's municipal subway. The surrounding area is a newer district, predominantly a business hub with many office buildings and commuters. Shin-Yokohama Park is also a short walk away; it's a sprawling green space featuring a small...

I checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was available around the clock. They had already printed out my reservation page, so check-in was incredibly fast. It was a great experience.
Great location, convenient supermarket nearby, and very clean surroundings.
Happy with my stay overall. Convenient location, helpful staff and comfortable and convenient room. Good value.
Near tourist attractions, direct train avail and many food options
I requested early check-in 3 months back but they are very reluctant with the check-in timing. They did not even allow check-in before half an hour. Also, I have booked breakfast for 5 days, and I thought it would be a buffet breakfast, but in reality they give you a bento box, which is not Vegan or vegetarian-friendly and i am Vegan so i wasted my money in breakfast. I advise not to book breakfast...

Good price and reasonable service. Satisfied!
Reading the other reviews, it seems that they have refurbished the rooms (?) Central wifi is available with good connection and fast speed. Room is clean with cold aircon (such a necessity during Japan's notorious summer) and good amenities as well. One thing that bothered me though, during check-in there was a long queue that took me almost an hour. They only had three staffs on the reception desk...
They have smoking and non smoking floors. I was luck to book on the 9th floor which was a non smoking. My experience was amazing. Big room, big bathroom . everything was just perfect. A must visit hotel.
This is an absolutely amazing budget hotel, with all of the bare essentials such as a small refrigerator, tea kettle, some free tea, a wonderful TV, a hair dryer, small toiletries, linen press, and places to hang your wet clothes. Also, the bath is also fantastic, although it may be a bit small for westerners.

Service was good, room was clean.
Close to Kannai subway station, and just two stops away from Yokohama Station. It's very quiet, though the room is a bit small. Otherwise, no complaints.
The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with excellent soundproofing, making it very quiet. The best part is its location, very close to Guan Nei Station, which makes getting around super convenient. Downstairs, there are many local specialty shops, not just trendy influencer spots, and the food there is really delicious!
About a 5-minute walk from JR Kannai Station and Yokohama Municipal Subway Isezakichojamachi Station. The single room type is a bit cramped. The room is well-lit and clean, and comes with a microwave and refrigerator.
It was okay, but they don't offer luggage storage after check-out.
The room was very clean, but the staff were quite particular/fussy.

The room facilities are pretty standard. It's located in Chinatown, so there are plenty of dining and supermarket options nearby, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach park.
The location is really convenient. The service is good.
This is a standard Japanese business hotel, small but has everything you need. However, I couldn't connect to the internet in my room 😡, I'm not sure if it was just my room but the signal was really bad. I didn't experience any of the other negative issues mentioned in other reviews though; the front desk staff were polite, the room was clean, and all the amenities were there. The people at the front desk and who prepared breakfast had kind smiles and were very pleasant. Both men and women felt safe staying here. The building is old, so it may not be enough for those staying overnight, but since I only stayed there to sleep, I had no complaints. My laundry had a set time and I couldn't dry it, but I was able to dry it inside the room. The breakfast was small, but sufficient...
The facility is old, but the service is good and I would like to use it again. It is close to the station and there is a convenience store next door.
The overall feeling is good, the surroundings are very convenient and the environment is good
I was very surprised by the hotel: everything seemed to be fine, a fairly large room, the floor was spotless, the bathroom was nice, everything seemed to be there, towels were changed and the cleaning was done every day. A balcony in the room. Yes, it is obvious that it has not been renovated for a long time and the equipment is old. However, you can feel the absence of the owner. There are some things...
I don't know if hotel prices have gone up or if I've just been taken advantage of, but it's Saturday night and there are no alternatives. Typical business hotel. Breakfast is just so-so. The facilities are also so-so.

I stayed here after a weekend concert. There were a huge variety of complimentary items, and nice pillows were available for rental at the front desk, although there was a limited number available. Shampoos and treatments were also available for purchase at the front desk, so you could choose what you liked. The sink and bath are shared, but there was also space to shower, and the toilet was separate...
Since it's located right in the middle of a busy downtown area, I felt a little hesitant to check in alone as a woman near the middle of the night. They had a wide selection of shampoos to rent, the weekday rate was an incredible 5,000 yen per night, the bathroom and toilet were separate, the front desk staff were very polite, and they had a plan that allowed me to check out at 2pm, so I was able to...
I often stay at this hotel when I'm in Yokohama. It's located right in the middle of the downtown area, so it can be a little noisy at times, but there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it convenient. There's a corner near the front desk where you can choose shampoo, conditioner, etc., and you can take your favorite ones to your room. The selection is quite good. I personally...
It's an old facility, but not too bad. The room keys are old-fashioned flat keys, not auto-locks, so there's no need to worry about being locked out. It's interesting that you can choose your own shampoo and conditioner at the front desk. There's a decent selection. I should have taken a photo. There are two elevators, and the response is not bad. Alcohol in the vending machines is also reasonable...

I liked that it really felt like a small home away from home. It didn't have the ultra-modern hotel amenities, which were always off-putting to me. Staying here felt very comfortable and relaxing.
All the staff are kind. Although the room is old, it is well-cleaned and there are no particular concerns. There is a large public bath that you can stay in until the morning, and the hot water was just right so you could soak in it as many times as you like. The women's bath was cleaned properly, but the men's bath was dirty, and the husband seemed dissatisfied. You can go to Chinatown right away...
I used it on a family trip. It was very helpful to be able to use it at an affordable price even during the busy season of spring break. The room was on the 4th floor, so I couldn't enjoy the view from the window, but I could see the top of the Marine Tower from the window. It's very close to Chinatown and my child is small, so I didn't have to walk too much, so it was very nice. I used the large public...

Welcome was very warm and friendly. Room was small (expected that) but you really had to sidle in to get to the toilet. Space was generally very well used, particularly the bathroom.
Good room at a great price. The location is great for getting anywhere you need to go in Yokohama.
The staff were very helpful. Amenities such as shampoo were plentiful, and the pots and kettle were also clean.
The location is very good and I would like to use it again next time.
It was great to have a wide selection of shampoos and conditioners to choose from. Other basic amenities are provided, so you don't need to bring much.
Too bad. I don't think you can get a room like this for this price. It was nice that we could use L'Occitane amenities, though. The bedspread may be clean, but it felt old. The towels were also frayed. No matter what, it was small.

Very nice service . Enjoyable meal . Convenient.
The bath was satisfactory. 🤗 It would be helpful if there was a large mirror (such as a hand mirror) in the bathroom vanity. The breakfast selection was good, but dinner could have had a few more meat options. 🤔 The view from the rooftop with a foot bath wasn't 360-degree perfect, but it was still beautiful. 🥰
The accommodation was nice and clean.
The room was clean, but unfortunately the space was a bit narrow. After opening the box, there was not much space to move around.
The location was good in Yokohama, but I found out when I got there that the amusement park in front was closed. I didn't have enough information in advance. It was good value for money considering the cost of hot springs + lodging + breakfast. Dinner was also delicious and ate to my heart's content for about 100,000 won for 4 people. The hot spring facilities seemed a bit old, but they seemed well...
There are really few room facilities for 999, but there is a rooftop where you can soak your feet and watch the night view of the Ferris wheel and a public bath with various hot springs. This price-performance ratio is 10 points high

These rooms are way nicer than any business hotel. The rooms are big and the bathroom is huge and nice with a stand up shower and hot tub. The room had a fridge, microwave and kettle. The room lights turn on automatically at midnight 😱
The smell at the entrance was nice, but the smell in the room was bad. The TV only had digital terrestrial broadcasting, which was disappointing.
The mattress on the bed was soft and not to my liking. The room was normal. I thought the amenities were complete.

Close from and to the Yokohama train station..Clean and nice shower bath...Friendly and kind front desk staff...Many good restaurants and shops around area. Safe neighborhoods..
That was my first experience in that type of hostel. It was actually really nice after I experienced being in another one. It was just a bit difficult to remember my key and pushing unlock-but great for safety. Just maneuvering all my stuff around was a bit of a trick-but it was a very nice organized place.
It was average the air was bad in the sleeping pod. I can’t really breathe well.
The beds were clean, and there were enough communal showers and toilets. The lockers were a bit narrow, only big enough for daily essentials. Larger bags and suitcases had to be stored in the common storage room.
Convenient location and clean. Great amenities like toothbrush, towels, pjs and slippers were provided, as well as there being makeup cleanser, toner and location in the ladies washroom. Check in and check out was easy. Note that there is no longer luggage storage after check out, and the sauna/baths are men-only. This is a great price, especially for budget travelers.
I think the place is just great, especially that it is an actual room, and you can have breakfast. But a pillow is too small - had to use backpack to lift up a bit. Also, recommend asking for a room away from the kitchen. It is quite loud in the morning.
Great location near to Yokohama china town, and only 5 mins walk from train station, room is small but tidy and clean, shared toilets and bathrooms, you cannot ask for more at this price, one thing I have to point out if you’re with big and heavy luggage you must ready to handle it as the building has no lift.
Given the price, you can overlook a lot. I stayed in room 402. It was just big enough for a single bed, but the AC was powerful, and it was perfectly fine for a solo male traveler. The biggest advantage is its location: Chinatown and Yamashita Park are within walking distance, and it's close to the JR station, making most Yokohama attractions easily accessible. However, it's not recommended for solo...
Although the property is old, it had an apartment-like feel, and the showers and toilets were communal. However, it was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, which allowed me to have a comfortable stay. A simple breakfast was also provided, and it was perfectly adequate.
People who complain about neighbourhood are partially right, because it's indeed not the best (a lot of cheap hostels there). But actually, it is still safe. (It is Japan!) And yes, you get a WHOLE ROOM, and not just a capsule like in another hostels. A young girl like me was completely okay and nothing bad happened during my four days stay there. The staff is friendly. It’s decent for the price albeit I would not recommend it for the traveling couple since the room is a little bit cramped (we also have two large luggages so you could imagine how cramped it was for us). The room smells a little musty but clean enough, the bathroom location is not that good since men’s and women’s are on different floors, the shower room is good though.

We stayed at a capsule hotel located underground. As with a regular hotel, reception is on the first floor and then you head to the basement. It's easy to get lost. Perhaps because it's adjacent to the pool and large public bath, the temperature is generally high and the humidity is high. Be careful if you're concerned about the environment. If you choose a plan that includes breakfast, you'll get...
It's was a quest to find it — it has no signs outside. I've just came into other hotel to ask about this capsule paradise, and it turned out that it's on this hotel's underground floor (how should I guess?) The stay itself was perfect.
