We had a really positive experience.

Very clean and the staff are very polite & friendly.

The facilities are a bit old, clearly showing their age. However, you can tell that it was once a luxurious hotel. The hygiene and service are both good, and the location is quiet.

Suitable for budget accommodation. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean, I liked the parquet floor. However, there are stains on the carpet in the corridors. The staff is friendly.

It's not far from the station, but it's not on the main road. You have to go up a small hill, which is not too troublesome. The small street view is also good. Noge-koji is also quite famous. I think the place is just great, especially that it is an actual room, and you can have breakfast. But a pillow is too small - had to use backpack to lift up a bit. Also, recommend asking for a room away from the kitchen. It is quite loud in the morning.

I like that there were many plugs and outlets in the room, wifi information very easy to find and a clear information booklet in English and Japanese to explain how to use the electrical appliances in the room.

The hotel's location was decent, but the room was incredibly dry. I left some wet toilet paper that normally stays moist for two months, and it was completely dried out overnight.

You can open two 28-inch suitcases, and even do some simple hotpot cooking. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the fridge isn't very cold. The location is great; it's on a very quiet street. The front desk staff are also very good and provide all sorts of things.

Yutenji is a good cheapo residential location. It’s mere walking distance from Nakameguro and Ebisu, and still having a little bit of vibrancy within the locality but without the high rental price tag of the cooler areas a short distance away.

My partner and I stayed here for the first 4 nights of our trip around Japan. The location is a continent 10-12 minute walk from Shinagawa station so we had no problem getting to wherever we needed to get to. Everything about the hotel was great. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station (JR Narita Express) with a large suitcase. However, this is the second time I've experienced an unexpected train delay on the Narita Express, and I almost missed my flight! I recommend not cutting it too close when booking train tickets.

Great location but as a lot of construction nearby, it made the journey from the train station to hotel not easy. Room is spacious and with a beautiful Japanese garden.

Conveniently located near Takanawa Gateway Station (Shinagawa area), with easy access to different parts of Tokyo. The room is reasonably spacious, and cleanliness is decent. Staff are friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Very convenient location, immediately next to the subway with elevator up (but only stairs down). Alternatively, you may choose the jr which is within 5mjn walk. Great place to stay. However, there are no shopping centres nor large supermarkets in the area. The new gateway shopping mall is a choice though, but not much to shop unless u target for high priced goods

The views are nice. The breakfast selection on the 1st floor has gotten smaller, but the restaurant on the 30th floor is still quite good.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was great for relaxing. Check-in was very quick, thanks to the front desk staff. The room temperature was perfect, the air conditioning was quiet, and the bedding was comfortable.

This is the best hotel location in Odaiba, with direct skybridge access to AquaCity and DiverCity. It's incredibly convenient for shopping. The hotel service is also very attentive, and the facilities are excellent! Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The light show downstairs, especially with Christmas approaching, was absolutely beautiful.

The view from the room is so special.  It was so lovely.  I did not close the curtain at night just because I wanna see the fantastic view when I open my eyes.  You can see X’mas fireworks from your window as well.
