The staff is very friedly and when u ask something they reply soon and the food was great and the view of the room is great i will definely comback this place again
Very convenient, foods are good and clean. My kids wants to stay again in this hotel.they love coz it's near to the amusement park.
The location is good, located in the Yokohama Queens’s Square building. Connects to the MM metro line. Walking distance to Cosmo World. Hotel is old fashioned, bit dated but clean and tidy. The room lighting system not modern. Breakfast is fine. Generally ok.
The staffs are really friendly and hotel is clean with a good sea view
The hotel location is perfect and it is just opposite to Yokohama CosmoWorld. Special thanks to Guest Experience Manager - Hong-Sun Synn, he helped us to exchange the room while we found our room had some noice which is caused by strong wind and made us cannot sleep. Mr. Synn came to our room and handle our case immediately, we appreciated to his care and handling.

Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel: Clean and Comfortable, Despite its Age
The Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay, even though it may be slightly older. While the rooms might be on the smaller side, they provide a good space for rest and relaxation.
A particular highlight seems to be the excellent condition of the showers and the cleanliness of the toilets. These are important...
Good location for Train and bus services from both Haneda and Narita Airport. Supermarket located connecting mall and shopping center easily access.
I was stayed at 26th floor. I didn't realize I could see the Mount Fuji from my room. I was very exciting. Besides, I was very satisfied in the bath tub. The size was very decent for me. In addition, there was a 7-11 downstairs, which was very convenient. I will stay there again or recommend to my friends.

This has been my go to hotel for the past 5 years. So sad it’s closing for 3 years for renovations. I’m sure in 2028 it will be absolutely amazing.
The view from the room is very nice. We paid additional 6k yen for this view which is totally worth it.
Aside from the view, there’s nothing special. No amenities for the guests to enjoy.
The breakfast buffet is a big DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
It’s our 3rd time in this hotel but this time we felt cheated. They charged too much for the breakfast but nothing special.. the foods were very basic. My husband...
The tallest buikding nearby which able to view whole city especially night view.
Have quite pretty views and big room can make the vacation more enjoyable but the rooms are a little bit close and can see the neighbors pretty clear

Nice place and super nice view
A very good experience of stay. Good location which right next to the JR station, shopping mall and a wonderful harbour view during my stay. So many food and shopping choose around the hotel. Staffs are so nice and helpful. Will come again next time!!
It is a simple and friendly hotel for business travelers. Just one JR station from Yokohama, and the hotel is opposite the station. Buffet breakfast has many choices, including Japanese, local, and Western foods. Many restaurants are in the shopping center and nearby, so you can efficiently work it out with friends.
Not sure if the room can be any smaller😆. Location convenient, service is great. But I’d check if there are bigger rooms around the area first.
Nice and clean. Very supportive and friendly staff. Near JR station that is very convenient for traveling.
This hotel has a great location near Minato Mirai and Landmark Tower. The room was small but had everything I needed. The view from the higher floors was fantastic. Staff were polite and efficient. The bathroom was a bit old but still clean. Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice. It’s very close to the station and convenient for sightseeing. The beds were high quality, the bathroom and bath amenities were top tier. The view was something amazing. I enjoyed my stay here and loved the bay view from the balcony complete with a view of the ferris wheel.
It have bus directly from Narita airport that makes it super convenient. Their service just perfect makes me feel very comfortable. And it just beside the park. High recommend for foreigners because they have fluent English speaking staff in every department. And very good location for shopping too.

We had a lovely stay at Yokohama Bay Hotel—the location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the bay and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel does show some signs of age, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The only minor downside was the gym, which was quite small and had limited equipment, along...
The hotel allowed our family of 4, added a bed for elder child at no extra costs, and allowed my younger child to use existing bed. The room is good size even with the extra bed, its clean, has a small balcony with a beautiful view of Cosmo world. The front desk guy spoke Chinese, which was a nice surprise! Luggage storage and check-in were smooth and friendly. Self check-out was easy. The environment is great, much more comfortable than Tokyo or Osaka.
The hotel is a bit old, but the room and bed are very spacious, perfect for a pilgrimage for Yakuza fans. It's not located near the main attractions, but there's a subway station right downstairs, about 4-5 stops from Yokohama Station, and a taxi to Chinatown costs around 1000 JPY.
The room is clean and quite spacious. Looks new. Good location in Yokohama, right in front of the subway station.
1. Right at the subway exit, you're there.
2. You can walk to nearby attractions, though it's a bit of a distance – maybe a kilometer. Not worth taking a car.
3. The facilities are a bit old, but clean and hygienic.
I couldn't book a hotel near the JR station, so I booked this one, and it's okay. Yokohama is quite small, so most places are pretty similar anyway.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway station, making it easy to get around. The room facilities are pretty good, though the heating was too high (26°C), and there wasn't enough fresh air as the window couldn't be opened (even slightly). Popular attractions like Chinatown and the Cruise Ship Terminal are all within a 15-minute walk.
The room is spacious, and the hotel is located near a bustling food street with a variety of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, fast food, and izakaya options. The lobby is clean, and the bed is large. It's a great choice for business travelers.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's just a 3-minute walk from the 'Sanbashi Iriguchi' bus stop, which is easily accessible via the Keikyu Express Bus from Haneda Airport. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it's wonderfully quiet, uncrowded, and very comfortable. Crucially, there are convenience stores everywhere nearby, which makes grabbing food really convenient. It's also super close to the subway station, making trips to Tokyo, Yokohama, and other destinations quick and efficient. Plus, the hotel is right next to Yamashita Park. Our room was incredibly spacious and spotless, a rare find for a hotel in Japan. We stayed for two nights, and the generous layout of the room made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The hotel has excellent service with friendly and helpful staff. I booked wrong room type and they changed for me efficiently. The room also has an air purifier which helps as Yokohama Japan was very dry. The location is great as the B1 was linked to Yokohama station, Takashimaya, SOGO, Newoman and JOINUS buildings. Yokohama station also has a Keikyu Line that is direct commute to Haneda airport (...
Once again, I stayed in a hotel directly connected to Yokohama Station. It takes 25 minutes to get to the station from Haneda Airport by taking the Keikyu Line. Go to the west exit Takashimaya. It is easy to find.
The all-day dinner restaurant on the second floor has been renovated. I no longer have to worry about queuing for breakfast, haha!
The location is good, close to the station and we can see the station view from our room.
Good staff and great location!! Helpful concierge service and good restaurant for breakfast!
Based on the pricing the room size was too small. Convenience since it’s above Yokohama train station else not worth the price.

Daiwa Roynet consistently maintains its excellent brand standards; everything is comfortable, especially the spacious area just inside the door, which makes packing and unpacking luggage very convenient. The hotel is located right at the entrance to Chinatown, and it's not far to Yamashita Park. I really like hotels from this brand.
The room, though small, was very cozy and clean.
Great hotel, convenient location.
Food was good.
Cleanliness: Acceptable.
Disposable amenities are available at the front desk, and the staff are very friendly and speak English. The rooms are significantly larger than those in Tokyo.
The front desk is on the third floor. The room is quite spacious, and there's a supermarket downstairs. Chinatown is nearby, and Yamashita Park is about a ten-minute walk away. The JR station is roughly a seven-minute walk. Overall, the transportation is very convenient.
This Daiwa hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's clean, comfortable, and the design and amenities are top-notch. There's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which is super convenient for grabbing daily necessities – we even picked up some socks there! The triple room is perfect for families, and it even has an oven. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are also very well-designed...
The room was tiny, I couldn't even open my large suitcase. The hotel has a paid parking lot, but you have to leave your keys with the front desk so they can move your car if needed. I didn't want strangers touching my car, so I asked the front desk to call me downstairs if they needed to move it.

They suggested a room upgrade and I was able to stay in a very satisfying room. I had a great time staying in the main building. Thank you very much.
The location is excellent, the view is first-class, there are waiters to help carry luggage into the room and explain the facilities in the room. There is a parking lot opposite the hotel, which is convenient for self-driving tourists, but there is an additional charge.
The facilities are old but well maintained. The building has a sense of history, from the rooms to the common areas. The amenities are extensive, and the service from the staff is pleasant, making this a wonderful hotel.

High value for money. There's a small public bathhouse. Breakfast is provided, but it's fairly basic.
The main issue is the centrally controlled air conditioning; it's only 28 degrees Celsius in summer?!
You can adjust the temperature a few more times at night.
