Small room but very convenient location Right next to Hakata station and a convenience store with lot of restaurants around. Quick check in and out... I may consider staying again Shopping centres are right by the Hotel so everything is quite accessible via walking. it is great if travel on a budget and just wish to have a room to stay the night

Convenient location to a major bus/train station. The room is small but probably on par with area hotels. Extremely nice staff, although there was not an English speaker available at the front desk when we checked in. Plenty of room amenities (fabric deodorizer, razors, smart phone) and the leave extra towels, etc. if you put up a do not disturb sign.

This hotel is located in the heart of Hakata City. I had a one night stay in this hotel during my transit. Best part about the hotel is the location as there is many convenience stores, coffee shop like starbucks, restaurants and shopping malls nearby. This hotel is conveniently located outside JR Hakata station. Staff can speak conversational English. The room is cozy aka small. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean enough. While I stayed at a non-smoking floor, some parts smell of cigarettes (I blame the guests, not the hotel). My floor, 5th, has a vending machine and is convenient. Single room is just super small that I can’t walk properly with my luggage opened. Though the location is quite close to Tenjin chill district

It seems a little small, but it's clean and I like it. It's a shame that the windows don't open, but it was okay when I turned on the air purifier. The staff is also friendly and nice!

The hotel was great! It was clean, friendly, and listened to my requests (cleaning) well! And I really liked the kiosk check-in/check-out.

The hotel was conveniently located, 3 minutes walk to the station. The room was clean and had good amenities. The check in and check out process was simple, via the machines in reception. It was my first trip to Japan and everything was great! I didn't really need cleaning so I asked for only amenities and they hung them on a hook and left! Nice clean room. The room is pretty big compare to other Japanese hotel room. Staff are super helpful. One disappointing thing was we paid extra to get the room with breakfast included but the breakfast were only lunch boxes and everyday the dishes were exactly the same thing. Candeo was a great hotel. Booking was a bit hard because some of the translations are hard but the hotel itself is great. They have a restaurant downstairs, more of a romantic setting on the inside but outside they have nice comfy seating. Best value you can find for a guesthouse in Fukuoka. The staff was really nice and the kitchen and common room are very agreeable. Despite being in a shared room I didn't feel like I missed privacy. Very affordable and clean. There is a parking space and kitchen to use. It is little bit remote from the city centre but if you look for a budget place for one or more nights especialy if you have a car then it is perfect.

Very friendly and helpful staff here. As a hostel its got the usual facilities. However Laundry was free. Roof access for drying clothes, also they have a glamping tent up there for chilling. Great location about 6 mins walk from the better of the 2 subway lines. Then just a few stops to the centre of the city. I actually like the area so much i found an apartment nearby! Very comfortable place. It's also very cheap. Besides the shared bathroom, there is also a bathroom inside each dormitory. You can use the shared kitchen and laundry area for free.

Though it is somewhat difficult to find as its appearance looks like an ordinary block of flats, but there are nice dormitories besides a kitchen and a room for chatting together with some backpackers. There are no amenities like towels or shampoo in each bathroom. You can check out anytime by leaving your own key.
