Excellent service. Amazing view overseeing coastline and Fukuoka Tower. Distance from city centre but highly recommended if drive.

Due to the language barrier, I couldn't get a clear explanation. ⑥ The room lighting was dim and very uncomfortable. However, the hotel's location is indeed excellent, with full sea views and convenient transportation

They let me use their glue which I needed for something. A small thing, but appreciated. Slight minus - despite giving a Japanese address, they still asked for my residence card

Compared to a UK station it’s amazing. Compared to other Japanese stations such as Shin-Osaka it’s just very good. Great food options and as a station has great connections and friendly staff

The location is incredibly convenient and just amazing! It's even walkable to the airport, though I still opted for a taxi. All the shopping, dining, and attractions are within a 20-minute walk.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Canal City, so you can go shopping as soon as you step out. The service is fantastic, and everyone is very friendly

This hotel is super convenient! It's just one subway stop away from both Hakata Station and Tenjin, and right next to Canal City Hakata

There's a Don Quijote about a ten-minute walk away, and a Family Mart right downstairs. The service at the hotel was excellent; someone helped me with my luggage as soon as I arrived

Subway station is only 3 mins walk away. Lawson, 7-11 and 24 hour supermarket ( Sunny ) nearby. Nice views, can see plane descending to airport from high floor room. Good value for older style 5 star hotel.

If you drive,, get the parking location from the hotel prior to visit because there is no foyer at the main entrance to unload your luggage

Location: It's inside a shopping mall, quite small though. Hygiene: Similar to business hotels in Japan, pretty clean. However, the facilities are very old, and there's only one power outlet, which is super inconvenient.

The hotel was highly accessible to nearby shops and restaurants. It’s also a walkable distance to the hakata station. You may also easily find the parking slot next to the hotel.

Great stay at Canal City Washington Hotel! Perfect location right next to Canal City Hakata with lots of food and shopping nearby, and walkable to Hakata Station

Kind staff that understand me with even though I know 0 Japanese and coming from Canada the staff are really the best. They go way way beyond my expectations of what a hotel staff are supposed to do

During my stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and the staff informed me about this in advance. Fortunately, I was usually out during the construction hours, so it did not disturb my sleep at night

The train station is also connected via the elevator so it was very convenient too. Being with a baby the only thing missing was laundry but all else was great and the closest laundry was 1km away

All the front desk staff I encountered were friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel is very close to Hakata Station, only about a 3–5 minute walk. Ichiran Ramen is also nearby, which made it very convenient

There are toothbrushes and razors in the bathroom, but the razors are the cheap ones with very sharp blades, so be careful as they cut your skin and cause bleeding

I had a great stay at Hakata Green Hotel No. 1. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. I was very satisfied with my experience and would happily stay here again.

This hotel is located in Nakasu, right in front of the famous yatai (food stalls), making it incredibly convenient for late-night snacks. Nearby, you'll also find the 24-hour Ichiran Ramen main store and Don Quijote.

The room was very clean and had a nice view. The location is also excellent, with plenty of ramen shops, yakiniku restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, making it super convenient for food and drinks

Stayed for 4 nights, the unified air conditioning is not working. We have to open the window for ventilation and allow cool air in. However outside was noisy and it affect the sleeping quality

Location is very convenient at the back door you can walk direct to Subway only 2 minutes and also to Donki. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants and convenient store

To be honest, when I first checked in, I thought the room was really small

meter twin room couldn't even fit a 28-inch suitcase laid flat, and at 1800 a night including breakfast, it really didn't feel worth it! However, I was genuinely surprised by the breakfast — the taste and texture truly captured the exquisite essence of Japanese cuisine! The rooftop onsen (hot spring) was also a big plus, making it somewhat worthwhile after all!

The location is super convenient! It's within walking distance of Gion Station on the Airport Line, Kushida Shrine Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line, Hakata Station, as well as Canal City Hakata, Kushida Shrine, and Nakasu Kawabata street

Overall, the hotel is still quite expensive. The Ritz-Carlton next door is probably 10,000 a night, while we paid 2,000-3,000 a night. The location is super easy to find, right above the subway exit

The room was extremely small for a couple to share. Only one coffee shop, no other restaurant or lounge. No bedside lights for reading. Room only have green tea bags, no red or black tea bags

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating in changing the smoking rooms to non-smoking ones. They were considerate in helping us manage and prevent the need to change rooms, despite being fully booked.

Best service. The staff was very nice and thoughtful. We asked for room to changes clothes after a morning red-eye flight and we got we asked as a big room with mirror.

Overall, everything was very good. However, the soundproofing in the room was quite poor, and I could clearly hear guests from nearby rooms.

The hotel is nice with high level lobby and free hot spring on the top floor. That is actually located in the prime location of Fukuoka with few top travel spots around like 櫛田神社, Canal City & Tenjin Underground mall

The front desk employee very professional and friendly. Enjoy the stay with excellent service.  The room is clean just one small point on; the headboard bed was a little dusty so I clean up a bit and it was ok.

The room was excellent, and the rooftop hot spring bath was a fantastic bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke great English, even patiently understanding my rather poor Japanese

Great location and onsen on top floor is awesome, open until 2am. Bed wasn’t the comfiest and washroom is small. But use the onsen daily to bathe and life is good.

Hotel is very clean and staffs from front desk were very friendly Its just beside the mall amd no worries on finding food! The parking was shared with a mall and charged at reasonable price of 2000yen daily Happy to stay here!

The bathroom had ample space for me to place me skincare and makeup products, and the toothpaste tasted good (I personally didn't like many other toothpastes in other jap hotels)

Stayed twice, as we returned to Fukuoka for 3 days to catch our return flight after venturing to other destinations for 10 days. The first time, we stayed for 8 days. They stored our excess luggage while we were gone

Pretty good. Check in with self check in kiosk was fast and smooth. Check out was the same just return the room cards. Hotel room was very clean and tidy.

Staff are friendly and approachable. Hotel room is reasonable size. To open luggage, it has to be at the walk way to own toilet. Only three items in the gym room. There are four washing machines

The public bath is great as they provide towels there so you do not need to bring towels from your room. If the public bath has some light music will b even better for a relaxing time

They have nice beds, private bath, closet, and perfect amenities. I love these towels and hair dryers. Gym area is a bit small for me but ok. They also have a large public bath

I had a very pleasant stay at The Blossom Hakata Premier. The room was clean, nice, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing after a long day out
