Love our room, very spacious for a Japanese hotel. Comes with almost everything, especially the washer with dryer. I used it everyday, done with laundry before I was back to home country.

Great location in between tengin underground shopping and canal with nearby amenities. Buses to hakata station. Decent stay, slightly smaller rooms but great shower

The hotel location was excellent. Bus stops right in front. Only 4 stops to Hakata Station by bus. Room size was great for Japanese standard. The in-room washer was a big plus. I will come back to stay again.

Clean and spacious room located in trendy Tenjin. In-room washer/dryer was also very convenient. Check in and check out was completely fuss-free. Breakfast selection was small but the food was delicious and good quality. Food tray should be returned to the wire rack at the middle after dining. Recommend using exit 3 instead of exit 6 for heavy luggage as exit 3 has an up escalator.

Decent room size and has all that is required for a comfortable stay. 500 m away from Hakata City and near to Tenji Underground shopping mall.

It's roughly a 5-minute walk from the airport subway station, and very close to Parco, Tenjin Underground Shopping Center, and various trendy restaurants. Nakasu is a little further away, but overall, the location is quite convenient. The room was generally clean, but the facilities were noticeably dated. It's a whole apartment with more beds than we needed. Great location, quiet neighbourhood, two bathrooms, two toilets, two TVs, two (sort of) living rooms, can we just move in here forever, please.

The shower in the bathroom was quite gross, to be honest... However, aside from that, the location was absolutely perfect! It's right in front of Tenjin-Minami Station, and the popular 'I'm Donut' shop and Daimaru department store are also conveniently close by. Komeda Coffee is on the ground floor, but when I tried to go for breakfast, the wait was too long, so I couldn't eat there.
