The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was amazing, clean, tidy and beautiful. The location is awesome everything is there.

The hotel is reception is on 5th floor. There was a small entrance way with a five step high ramp to climb with your suitcases leading to a small dirty elevator. There was no bottled water in the room. The room was very small with small beds. The washroom was very small too. There was not much space between sink and toilet. They were next to each other and sticking along the shower tub.

Building may be old but it is very clean and spacious rooms. Modern toilet and p
bathroom. Ample toiletries and amenities. Staff members are courteous and helpful but English is limited so prepare to use translation apps. Street is not accessible to tourist bus.

It's an old hotel, so the air conditioner smells no joke
The room is big for a Japanese hotel, but it was hard to find, so I had to turn around a few times
But the location is right in front of Chinatown, so the food and such are good

Even though there is a limit on the number of people allowed in the women's large bath, many guests ignored the limit and entered.
After bathing, I contacted the front desk to let them know that there were a lot of people exceeding the limit, and they told me, "We leave it up to the guests to use the bathroom, and the hotel cannot help you with that." Even though it's a large bath inside the hotel, they can't help you with that...Personally, that lowered my rating.
The location is good and the price is reasonable.

The hotel room is large and I'm glad there is a large communal bath. Convenient as a base for sightseeing, close to the historical sites of Chinatown and Dejima. At night, you can enjoy it without worrying about time because it is close to Xianbashi and Doza city center.
