The environment is very good looking at the sea as far as the eye can see, but the road in is more gravel and rubble

The path to the hotel is a cobblestone road; be careful, the sea is on the other side... it's best not to go at night; go during the day when visibility is better and it's safer.
The room was also very basic, and the cleanliness wasn't great. It's only for one night, so you can make do.

The location was good.
However, due to the building's age, there was a leaky bucket, and the vending machine selling instant noodles only accepted old 1,000 yen bills, which was a bit of a concern.

I was very satisfied!
The room was a little old, with some loose electrical outlets and some noise from conversations in the hallway, but it had been renovated and there were no issues, and the view of the ocean from my room was beautiful.
For dinner, I booked a BBQ.
Watching the sunset on the beach was a very pleasant experience, and not only was the food delicious, but the portions were so generous that I was worried I wouldn't be able to finish it all.
There is a narrow section between the main road and the inn where oncoming cars can be difficult, so I think you should be careful there (especially if you're a beginner driver).

For a small overnight stay, this is a pretty good hotel in a quiet spot by the sea. But only if you rent a car. Otherwise, it's not very convenient, as the nearest store and bus stop are half an hour away. And if you're returning to the hotel late at night without a taxi, your route will take you along a completely unlit road surrounded by jungle, and all the wildlife that lives there will rustle, scream, and make other noises. 😁 But at least you can see the stars very well at night.

First row on the coast, live on the 2nd floor. The scenery is great, the room is clean, and you can go to Kouri Island and Churaumi Oceanarium

It felt a little old, but the location was great!
The sea was right in front of us, so when we opened the curtains in our room we could see a spectacular view. There were chairs on the balcony, which was great.
