This is a fantastic hotel right by the canal. The hotel itself has a unique and vibrant design with strong color contrasts. Our 35-square-meter room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff genuinely cared about our stay. The full board for four days was great, and the snacks were delicious. The complimentary chocolates were from a famous brand, and the drip coffee in the room was excellent. It's very convenient for getting around; you can take bus 68 to Hakata, walk 12 minutes to a large supermarket, and Tenjin is also within walking distance. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

This was my third stay here; the first time I stayed for three nights, and this time for four. The highlight is definitely the constant availability of food. The meal options do change; starting this year, you can order à la carte for lunch, but dinner and late-night snacks have become very simple, and you might not feel completely full. However, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff are mostly Nepalese or Indian, making communication very easy. This is also one of the few hotels in Japan where you can check out at 12 PM. I'd highly recommend it if you can get a room for under 1000.

The hotel is beautiful both inside and outside. The room and bed is clean and comfy.

Excellent service with a full board - Buffett line for breakfast, lunch afternoon tea and dinner. Rooms were larger than most Japanese hotels. Great location to both hakata and Tenjin. Located in an area with plentiful restaurants. Easy access to everywhere. On a separate note the hotel is designed super trendy and chic with high attention for details. Only 2 con is the pillows thought was too small and too soft would have preferred if they had a selection to accommodate sleeping preferences. The other con is noise if you are someone who can’t tolerate noise from the outside as the hotel sits right at the bridge where there’s a big food truck open space and there’s lots of independent singers and entertainers which the noise could disrupt your sleep
If your rooms face that direction and you are an early sleeper

Excellent experience!

The hotel is beautiful, with really vibrant colors. I highly recommend the mentaiko bread with Hokkaido butter for breakfast—it's a must-try.

The hotel's location is also fantastic; it's very convenient to walk to Tenjin from here.

The hotel is quite beautiful and has a great artistic vibe; I especially loved the large bathtub in the room. Many people working in Japan's service industry now are from overseas, and the person who checked us in was likely Nepali, providing excellent service. We booked a dinner-inclusive package, but the meal was too ordinary, so we skipped the second dinner entirely. We had a double room and wanted an extra duvet for two people, but unfortunately, the hotel couldn't provide one, which was a bit disappointing.

The design and decor are truly unique and aesthetically pleasing. It was a pleasant surprise to find complimentary all-day snacks and refreshments available in the lobby. The hotel also has Indian staff, which made English communication very convenient.

Clean property with delicious food and convenient location. The only downside is there’s just one elevator, and it can be a bit slow during peak hours.

The restaurant is quite good, offering a wide variety of delicious food at all times. However, the selection for each meal was fairly similar, so one visit was sufficient. It's popular with many local guests. The location is very convenient for transportation, with several shopping malls reachable within a 10-15 minute walk.

Clean rooms, queit, new carpets, with a 7-11 convenience store accessible on the first floor. Size and amenities are the standard for a Japanese business hotel. Walking distance to Nakassu and Tenjin.

As for cleanliness and the room, everything was perfect.
About the breakfast: I understand that there can't be a buffet because of the coronavirus and that's fine. Many other places provide delicious one plate breakfasts and a few drink options and I don't see why this hotel can't do the same considering the price. We got fridge cold bento style breakfasts (cold chicken wings, cold meats, cold fish, cold eggs, cold simmered dishes - just got out of the fridge cold) didn't seem fresh and we were served the exact same thing the next day so I didn't feel it was safe to eat unheated leftover food especially as I am pregnant. The rice and miso soup were fresh. The only hot drink option was weak coffee. Not everybody drinks coffee. The rest were ice cold oolong tea, water or orange juice. If you can put out sugar, cream etc for coffee, you can certainly put out a few teabags too for those that don't drink coffee.

7-11 right downstairs for anything you need. Canal City a short walk away, subway station a short walk away. Really loved the location.
