Very nice with very well-trained staffs. I decided to stay one more night during my first day here because of the professional staffs a d the good facility. Everywhere is very clean and water pressure and temperature control at bathroom are very nice. Oh, pajama seemed not pressed and seemed used. Maybe it is on purpose so that guests can wear it with soft feeling though I was wondering.
Breakfast has many choices and taste nice. However, it seems somehow the utensils are not washed very clean. Only one default.
Very close from station about a few minutes walk and in front of Yodobashi Camera.

I've stayed here multiple times for business trips nearby. The environment is clean and tidy, and the overall decor is very Instagrammable, with many corners perfect for photos. The lighting setup in the store is also not bad.

Very convenient location which just take around 3-4mins walk from Hakata Station. Staff at the reception are professional and nice. The breakfast in the hotel is okay.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from Hakata Station. The bathroom was also a bit more spacious. Yodobashi Camera is conveniently located directly opposite, which is great for browsing and shopping. For a hotel costing over 800 per night, it's quite surprising that daily housekeeping isn't provided; rooms are only cleaned for stays of three nights or longer. Each day, guests are required to place their trash bins and used towels outside the door, and fresh ones will be left on the doorknob. Bottled water was only supplied on the day of check-in and not replenished afterwards. Ultimately, whether this hotel suits your needs is a personal judgment. I won't elaborate further, as I was mostly just using it for sleep, leaving early and returning late.

The room was very clean and spacious, with enough room to open two suitcases flat. The hotel provides two complimentary bottles of mineral water on the first day; after that, two more are only provided when the room is cleaned again, which happens every three days. Overall, the hotel is quite good. The location is excellent, very close to Hakata Station, perhaps just a hundred meters away. There are many large shopping malls in the vicinity. Yodobashi Camera is right across from the hotel, and Hakata Hankyu and OIOI department stores are conveniently located by the station, making shopping incredibly easy. Several drugstores are also nearby.

Facilities: The location is excellent, very close to Hakata Station's East Exit and directly opposite Yodobashi Camera. For a Japanese hotel, the twin room was quite spacious, with enough room to easily open two large suitcases. The other amenities were standard.

Cleanliness: We stayed for five nights. The room was cleaned once on the third day, and on other days, we simply left used towels and trash outside the door, which was perfectly fine.

Environment: The overall atmosphere was standard but perfectly adequate. The lobby offered a variety of self-service amenities for guests to take as needed.

The room was spacious, and its proximity to Hakata Station made getting around, shopping, and dining incredibly convenient. The only downside was the floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor. As someone with acrophobia, it was a bit unnerving, so I found myself keeping the curtains drawn most of the time, even on bright, sunny days.
