Decent location but trash other than that. Rooms were stinky, dirty, and strangely laid out. Check in is self service and we had a lot of trouble with it. The elevator is tiny and can barely fit four people. It also does not detect people very well and will close on you as you go in. It also closes in less than 10 seconds. It is a great location and there are quite a few luxury hotels and restaurants around it. I would definitely not come back or recommend to anyone tho

You can feel the springs of the bed poking you everywhere. Very uncomfortable. For 80 Euros / Night not recommended. Hall looked like a prison

Worst hotel I stayed at during my two week trip to Japan. Absolute dump of a place - everything was broken - toilet controls, fan, bathroom light, door stop, filthy sofa hadn’t been cleaned for years probably. Even a record player on display was broken, and the controls on the Dyson fan. When we asked for an extra blanket, they flatly refused, although for a six person occupancy room they had provided only three blankets. Never in my life a hotel has refused such an ordinary request! The whole place is unmanned, so you have to message some dork sitting elsewhere for help. This place goes against everything that Japan stands for. Cleanliness, efficiency, politeness. Avoid this place. In fact, reconsider visiting Fukuoka itself. Many other interesting places in Japan to experience.

The hotel is unmanned. The hotel is prompt when providing check-in information. Hence we can easily check in to our rooms - 4 rooms in total, not an issue.

There's only 1 lift in the hotel, and pretty small. Only can fit max 5 adults with luggage. Waiting for lift can be time consuming.

The room is spacious but extremely dusty and can even find sweet wrappers from previous room guests on the floor.
The layer of dust can be found on kitchen table top, hanging ceiling lamp and bedside.
The bedsheets are clean however mattress has no support and you can feel the spring when sleeping on the bed.

Room provides bedroom slippers, toothbrush and shower gel.
No safe, and drinking water.

Overall, i expected better room standards in Japan and this is a disappointing experience for me and my guests in the hotel.

I travel alone but reserve a family room, there are 2 6 ft bed. Bathroom is big. There is kitchen in room. It too good for 1 person.price about 6,000 yen reasonable for big room. If you travel with friend, I recommend this place.

Very spacious for a Japanese hotel. Loved the kitchenette, I saved lots of money by making my own breakfast and the massage chair was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Initial impression of the staff behind the desk was that he didn't appear very attentative, but that might have been due to a lack of English.

Room itself is okay, spacious enough but is more like a small apartment than a hotel room. There is a kitchen (which we never used) and a massage chair. The Internet was very slow and it was a drag to stream videos. If you're only using the room to sleep in it might not be a big deal.

Overall an okay stay. Would have preferred faster Internet.

I stayed for 2 nights. At 5am, when I was sleeping, I heard someone violently shaking my door. This goes on for a few minutes. I was wide awake by this point, thinking someone is trying to break in. I grabbed a frying pan from the kitchenette, kick open the door, and scream at the would-be intruders, ready to fight the 3 of them. Instead, I see 3 timid Japanese boys around college age with their luggage in tow. The front desk had given them the wrong room number and they were just trying to figure out the passcode system (there are no keys). I tried to go back to sleep, but the adrenaline kept me awake for about 3 hours. Then I fell asleep, slept through my alarm, and missed my morning meeting the next day. There was nothing wrong with the room, it was large and clean.

Clean rooms, queit, new carpets, with a 7-11 convenience store accessible on the first floor. Size and amenities are the standard for a Japanese business hotel. Walking distance to Nakassu and Tenjin.

As for cleanliness and the room, everything was perfect.
About the breakfast: I understand that there can't be a buffet because of the coronavirus and that's fine. Many other places provide delicious one plate breakfasts and a few drink options and I don't see why this hotel can't do the same considering the price. We got fridge cold bento style breakfasts (cold chicken wings, cold meats, cold fish, cold eggs, cold simmered dishes - just got out of the fridge cold) didn't seem fresh and we were served the exact same thing the next day so I didn't feel it was safe to eat unheated leftover food especially as I am pregnant. The rice and miso soup were fresh. The only hot drink option was weak coffee. Not everybody drinks coffee. The rest were ice cold oolong tea, water or orange juice. If you can put out sugar, cream etc for coffee, you can certainly put out a few teabags too for those that don't drink coffee.

Love that the shower has a rainfall and a handheld option. The hotel looks new, even though I think it was built in 2009.

7-11 right downstairs for anything you need. Canal City a short walk away, subway station a short walk away. Really loved the location.
