Candeo Hotels Tenjin

Location was nice, easy to walk around

We used this hotel for a family trip, and since we arrived by plane around 11am, when they stored our luggage they said that check-in was at 3pm, but if we came around 2pm they would give us the key. We had lunch and planned to go sightseeing, but we were hit by heavy rain along the way, and our folding umbrellas were useless, so we got soaked. It was only after 1am, but when we returned to the hotel to change clothes, they showed us to our room, which was ready. We appreciated the staff's thoughtfulness. The large public bath was also spacious and comfortable.

We’re allocated to room 715. First 2 days everything seems to be going well. Suddenly on the 4th night at 3am the Aircon leaking water like a faucet, which woke us up & the corner of the bed were all wet, we have to bring all the tower & move our bed away from the leakage area at mid-night & didn’t sleep well the whole night due to leakage water drop sound tik-tok-tik-tok. When we woke up at noon, when to front desk who help us change onto the room next door (#714). Due to the night before, we didn’t sleep well, so the 5th last night, we woke up late, front desk call us at 11:10am requesting for us to check-out on a hurry. Please kindly record this matter onto hotel & we deserve some compensation for such inconvenience?! Hope to hear from your end of out come the soonest.

A key card would be nice. The large public bath is nice. However, there's no basic bottled water provided. I was thinking of Sapporo Candeo, so I didn't bring any cleansing products, but the disposable items provided were even less generous than at Sapporo Candeo. Fortunately, there were cleansing products in the large public bath. The location is neither great nor bad. There's a Komeda Coffee on the first floor, so I use it every day instead of breakfast.

Location and price The hotel service was good, especially the baths were very satisfactory because they could relieve the tiredness of the trip.

Clean and convenient place

The hotel is located at Tenjin and cery convinient to shopping and visit many tourist attractions.It is my 3 rd time to stayed in this hotel. Staff was nice and I love sky onsen.

The hotel locates to a nearby subway exit. The hotel is a bit worn out. The room is relatively small.

The hotel is a bit dated.
Prefer somewhere better than this hotel

Good location. An old hotel although well kept. Not particularly interesting. Rooms are of medium size.
