Candeo Hotels Fukuoka Tenjin in Fukuoka

This hotel is conveniently located near Exit 1 of Tenjin-Minami Station on the Nanakuma Line, just a 3-5 minute walk across the street from Daimaru department store. If you're coming from Fukuoka Airport by public transport, you'll need to take the shuttle bus from the international terminal to the domestic terminal, then switch to the Kuko Line subway to Hakata, and finally transfer to the Nanakuma Line (green line) to Tenjin-Minami. If you take the Kuko Line directly to Tenjin and walk to the hotel, it's quite a long trek. A taxi to the airport costs around 2200 yen. A highlight of this hotel is its hot spring bath, or public onsen. I can't show photos since photography isn't allowed. The breakfast spread is also excellent, and the staff are all very polite. The hotel also sells amenities from the Glimmer hotel line.

Surrounded by Koreans, the hotel boasts an excellent location with many unique restaurants nearby. There are also Fukuoka's famous 'yatai' (food stalls) right outside the hotel on the street, though unfortunately, there's always a wait whenever I try to go.

Excellent stay! The environment, hygiene, and breakfast were all superb. I especially enjoyed the hot springs; they were incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Fukuoka. It's also very convenient for getting around. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

The room was as small as usual, but the location was great. The rooftop bath area was decent, a standard amenity, and quite clean, attracting many bathers. I didn't take any pictures, please excuse me. I could walk to a tsukemen restaurant nearby, and it was super delicious.

The room was well-proportioned and practical, with a sensible furniture layout. The hotel's location is excellent, only 300 meters from Tenjin subway station Exit 12b. Popular attractions like Tenjin shopping street and Ohori Park are within walking distance. The staff's service attitude was very good. The hotel's breakfast is primarily Japanese, but the Western pastries are also great.

This place offers excellent value for money. I'm not sure why it got so much negativity before, because the service, facilities, and location are all superb. It's very clean, they have umbrellas for rent, and soaking in the tub every day is a real treat!

The room size is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel, and the rooftop hot spring was a big plus. The price wasn't cheap, and as for convenience, it's just okay. While it's not far from the subway and bus, staying in Hakata would be more convenient for walking around.
