It’s not a bad group. I was just kind of funny. It was a little light scent of tobacco like someone had smoked in their room but growing up is a cigarette pipe smoker. I really don’t care even though I don’t smoke cigarettes and haven’t smoked anything in years.
I was kind of disappointed that the sheets were made, but you can see the sheets were dirty or was state like someone stayed in a burn or something I don’t know. But they didn’t look clean.
I guess my check was pretty nice until my neighbors next-door came in. I don’t know what the hell it is in Japan but every time I get a room hotel room somewhere my neighbors on either side of me or both or just noisy as hell. It’s just something I guess because Japanese people keep very quiet at home that they feel entitled to go out somewhere and make as much noise as possible when they stayed in a hotel

Good location next to Matsuyama station, easy access to Okaido, big shopping street, and famous Dogo onsen hot springs by tram. 2nf floor is the front desk/lounge for free drinks and soft ice cream/breakfast restaurant. The public bath is on 3rd floor. Room size is the Japanese standard, more storage space under the bed. Breakfast offers various food, many local cuisine and food, and 6 different kinds of local orange juices from Ehime.

Trendy hotel right at the Matsuyama city station, very convenient for local transport and express buses. The hotel is clean with its own onsen to be used till late. I need to particularly give credit to the most spread out breakfast I have had in Japan that full of surprises as well as the complementary tea, coffee and ice cream. It’s well worth the price.

This hotel is conveniently located at Matsuyama-shi Station, and guests enjoy complimentary drinks and special ice cream. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The service is standard. It's right next to Takashimaya and Gintengai shopping street, making dining and shopping very convenient.

This hotel is right next to the coffee shop on the left side when you exit Matsuyama-shi Station tram stop. If you're coming from Matsuyama Port, you can take the tram from Takahama Station directly to the hotel. The facilities are quite new as it just recently opened. Every afternoon, guests can enjoy complimentary welcome drinks, and there's free ice cream in the evenings, which is a great draw. The hotel's location is excellent for getting around; Matsuyama-shi Station, which has many buses to Shikoku, Tokyo, Osaka, and Okayama, is right downstairs.

The hotel is clean and tidy. For self-check-in, staff are available to assist. You can pick up skincare products and toothbrushes at the front desk on the 2nd floor. Guests can enjoy the hotel's hot spring for free. It's very convenient for shopping, with Takashimaya right next door and two convenience stores downstairs.
Transportation is incredibly convenient. Please note, it's right next to Matsuyama-shi Station (not JR Matsuyama Station). If you need to go to JR Matsuyama Station, there's a tram stop downstairs that also provides direct access to Okaido, the Matsuyama Castle Ropeway, Dogo Onsen, and more. From Iyo-Tetsu Matsuyama-shi Station, where the hotel is located, you can also directly reach Baishinji Temple, a popular spot for fans of 'Tokyo Love Story.' Additionally, there's a highway bus terminal nearby, offering more economical travel to places like Takamatsu, Tokushima, and Osaka compared to taking the train, just for your reference.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenience store right downstairs. The breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, offering many different kinds of orange juice to try. They even have free orange ice cream in the evenings. Highly recommended!

The hotel breakfast was absolutely fantastic and could be considered a superb experience in its own right. Even the orange juice was exceptionally good, and the buffet spread was amazing. The onsen (hot spring) was also great, perfect for relaxing and recharging in the evening. Our room offered views of Matsuyama Castle, and the tram stop right downstairs was super convenient, with a department store right next door. The room amenities were excellent. The front desk service was satisfactory and professional. I especially loved the DIY *paofan* (rice with broth) at breakfast – it was incredibly delicious! It's a fantastic option, especially if you're not familiar with specialty Japanese restaurants in the area.
