Don't think we ever waited for more than a minute ever for a cab

The breakfast was good, and the strawberries were sweet.

I was kept waiting at the reception for 1. 5 hours while Laith reviewed the issue, which was eventually confirmed to be a typo made by the third-party agent Travco. Also Laith confirmed that 29/11-30/11 was a no show

Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel

Despite the circumstances and the obvious inconvenience, Laith chose to rigidly hide behind hotel policy, I was not allowed to check in unless I pay a deposit of 60 JD. I refused as I had already fully paid for the room

Shouldn’t the front desk contact Travco directly to resolve the issue instead of asking the customer to contact Trip? I understand the work flow is customer ＞ Trip ＞ Travco ＞ Hotel Toledo

the pool and the gym Rooms can have decorative cushions and flowers or plants so it can be rated 5 Small details matter

A luxurious hotel, beautiful and comfortable rooms, comfortable and clean restaurants, and the best taste in Amman. The chef and waiters are at the best level. There is the best Turkish bath in Jordan and friendly staff

I have stayed 2 nights in Thousand nights hotel, and have really good experience here. The location is wonderful, surround there’s Abu Jbara restaurant, Zalatimo brothers and famous sweet dessert shop

The room was a bit old, but everything was kept very tidy. No one came to ask about cleaning each day; they only inquired when you were leaving. Every staff member was smiling and very welcoming.

I been here before I love the hotel Lovely stuff. Great people Lovely manger baraa she so great with her customers service.. Definitely I’ll come again again and again

The room is clean and comfortable, very quiet. Washroom is big which is super convenient for 2 girls morning regime😁

Plus the lady called eman at the gym is the sweetest kindest person and gives good comforting positive motivational vibes. I recommend this hotel 100% specially the pool and the gym

The hotel is on a hillside and very quiet, but the surrounding restaurants are a few hundred meters away. When I stayed there during the special period, there were only 14 people.

Top to bottom great!! I did not get a massage, but I used the steamroom after my long flight in and slept so well!! The staff was lovely, the room was clean-- I would stay here again in a heartbeat

The hotel cabs are expensive and there are no taxi stands nearby. The hotel is quite, the restaurent and bar is good. Special thanks to Mustafaa who provided us with very good choice of food and wine in the restaurent

This hotel is located in a quite diplomatic area near 4th circle. Many taxi drivers find it hard to locate due to many one ways and security cordons nearby. We need to catch a cab, for anywhere you want to go

Regency hotel and Grand palace hotel are in same premises ,with big spacious rooms with all facilities. Hotel is very neat and clean. Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly.

The best person in this hotel is Mohamed Tobeck, high morals, generosity, zouk, activity and all that, then the whole team and the hotel as a whole are legendary and mythical.
