Extremely satisfied! The hotel is a converted villa. Although it's not in the city center, the city isn't large, so it's not much different, and it was very quiet at night. The front desk staff were very friendly and could communicate in basic English. They proactively used a translator to communicate with us. The room was excellent, very new, with a slight new-renovation smell, but I found it acceptable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, incredibly satisfying, with a wide variety and delicious food! We had a layover in Shymkent on our return trip, and this was arguably the best breakfast we had during our ten-plus days abroad!

Hello, we stayed at the hotel from March 26-31/2025, it was very much pleasant and wonderful stay over here in BnB Hotel Shymkent. The staff were very professional and supportive and the rooms very clean and tidy. Thanks for the excellent service. Good luck

A comfortable stay. The receptionist checked us in immediately upon arrival, as our flight was delayed. The breakfast was good, the room was cozy and clean, with robes and towels provided. It was quiet and cozy. We truly had a relaxing stay. Thanks to the staff on December 20, 2025, for helping us resolve our taxi issue. I highly recommend it!

A friend and I stayed here. The room was excellent and clean, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast was also fantastic for this type of hotel; I found everything I needed for my diet. Everything was clean and tidy, and very quiet. It was a bit far from the center, though.

Excellent hotel!
From the very beginning, the warm atmosphere was palpable – the receptionists greeted us with a smile and were very polite and friendly. I'd especially like to mention the receptionist, Zhuldyz – she was brilliant and helped us check in quickly and professionally. Thank you for the excellent service! We'll definitely be back 😊
