Delicious food made to order. Ramen, medallions, and eggplant salad - highly recommended. The bar is open until 5:00 AM. Separate entrance. Cons: proximity to a private sector; dogs barked all night.

The hotel restaurant is fantastic! Quiet and cozy! The food is delicious! Ainur, the waitress, is so friendly! The rooms are great! We highly recommend it!

I had to ask to be moved from one room due to the smell of sewage. The audibility is great. Very, very long check-in process. Breakfast - if the first one doesn’t come, you’re left hungry. Only weak Americano coffee is served for breakfast. Other types are available for an additional fee. I would like to note that I liked the porridge. It was strange to see potatoes with chicken for breakfast, well, maybe for someone such a mega hearty format is normal 😁 when checking out, they were billed for a glass of 2000 tenge, which was left in the second room. It’s better to check first than to show distrust to the client and issue an invoice. One of the advantages is private and guest parking. Location. Very tasty cuisine made to order. Ramen, medallions, eggplant salad 👍 I recommend. The bar is open until 05:00 am. Separate entrance. The downside is the proximity to the private sector, dogs barked all night.

Yesterday we picked up a tourist on an excursion from this hotel. New, fresh, corresponds to 4* in all respects. Breakfast buffet. The parking is convenient. It is close to the new administrative center of the city, so I recommend it for such business trips. Arboretum and Zoo are a 15-minute walk away. Well, if you need an off-site excursion, you can contact our company Turkestan Elite Tour and we will always organize everything to the highest class.

Everything was great, thank you. The rooms are small but cozy. There is water, a refrigerator, a kettle, a bar. Breakfast is varied, everyone will find a dish to their liking. Large parking along the street. Convenient location, on the edge of the city. Less traffic jams when leaving

The hotel is new, I liked everything very much. The rooms are clean, tidy and quiet. Of the minuses, the breakfast is meager and there is no normal coffee (they say “coffee as usual after 11 o’clock, when the barista comes, we don’t know how to use the machine ourselves” 🤦). Tea is also only green.
