The room was extremely spacious, large, and clean. The room was well heated and ventilated. The service provided by the staff is beyond expectations. All the staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. They spoke Kazakh language, Russian language and English language as well. The breakfast was served as well, from 7am till 10 am. I would love to stay and spent vacation in that hotel 🏨 again. I would advise all the foreign travels to Shymkent to consider this hotel for their holiday or vacation. Wonderful accommodation and reasonable rates 👌.

In room the internet no working. Tell the staff my problem, she ask me use internet in lobby. And the air conditioning is noise.

Pretty much an unbelievable experience for me. I put the stuff in the room and walked away. I returned in the evening, opened the door - and the temperature in the room was unbelievable.
I was telling the staff- tried to and after some rude behavior about my low level of Russian, not working internet on the receptionist mobile (well, mine - foreigner's - worked well) , not installed azbuka on mine (well it is there but I advised her to use translit.ru which she didn't know and refused) it turned out that we agree to each other finally what they will do with the temperature - nothing 😅
After some already pissed off comments from me and suggesting immediate money back or even calling the police they told me if I can accept a different room. When we went in, it was really hot inside but far, FAR better than the room before. So I accepted.
After checking I found out the hidden air condition controller - yes, there was AC - set to 30°C (so what was the temperature in the room before?! ... close to 40 I guess).
Well, I set the AC to 22 °C and went outside and I was quite proud of myself - well until I got back and checked the room conditions a bit more closely - heh 😅 - you wonder that the room is full of fungus if you keep there temperature 30°C? I do not 🤔
The second star is for breakfast - there was a nice woman who made me eggs in addition as I wanted and helped me with coffee - well so strange that there was no problem with Russian even though I know mine is not good. Maybe she should stop cooking and work there as a manager or something?

Great staff. Basic room but practical. Incredible tasteful and extensive breakfast. Very kind prices.

The rooms are big and well equipped but filthy, the employees aren’t nice nor efficient.
