Shymkent Grand Hotel in Shymkent

Very good location. Quite reasonable price for a4 star hotel, at least during winter. Near to shymkent plaza. Eating at the Kazakh restaurant next to the hotel is a must,!! Delicious and affordable. I recommend you to stay here!

among the advantages: the size of the rooms, spacious, comfortable, there is a place where you can put your suitcase. Good delicious breakfasts. The location is also excellent, the hotel is located in the very center of the city and you can walk to the shopping center or the drama theater. A TV with a large set of channels in three languages: Russian, Kazakh, English. The number I had wasn't facing the roadway. On the ground floor there is a hotel where they will make you coffee and you can also warm food there. On the downside: Breakfast is only until 10 a.m. I would like them to be before 10:30. Not all maids are equally good at their work, some had to literally run to get the room cleaned. And if they did, they either wouldn't vacuum, or they wouldn't wipe the surfaces, or they wouldn't pick up the trash. From the wishes:Put vending machines and coolers on each floor. Because it's not always convenient to go to the store. And they don't work at night.

Well located. Nice breakfast. Furnitures are a bit dated. Overall we had a nice stay
