Hotel Zhansaya in Borovoye

The accommodations are well organized. The rooms are cleaned daily. The food is delicious and varied. The portions are very large. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the center, and the lake is a 5-minute walk away. The staff is polite and friendly. My husband and I loved everything!

We really enjoyed it here. Delicious food and great service. All the staff are so positive! The 10-day detox program is fantastic. Even though we ate specially prepared dietary meals (regular guests get standard meals), it was delicious. Doctors and nurses are always on hand. I love everyone. 😽

I noticed the hotel 6 years ago when I came for the first time and stayed with private owners over the fence, then I talked to the guys who lived in this hotel, the reviews were good, we came to the hotel but unfortunately there were no places for the next two weeks. And now 6 years have passed, Turkey is not really on tickets, our south prices are out of this world, and I really want to go on vacation, and then I remembered how cool it is in Kazakhstan, especially since we are neighbors, I am from Tyumen, we got to choosing a hotel and I only remember Zhansaya, of course at first there was doubt that something had changed for the worse, but no, and this is good, Burabay has blossomed. The hotel is good, the service is good, the staff is responsive and friendly, I put 4 for the room only because there is no balcony, but I probably have a standard, but the room is clean, a double bed and another single, toilet, shower, hair dryer, TV, kettle, the refrigerator is generally super, it is large, you can cool water, watermelon, and much more. We arrived by car and the advantage is that there is private parking. In the yard there is a barbecue area where you can buy meat and charcoal and cook. And it is also important that there is Wi-Fi, thanks to which I am writing this review. I almost forgot that the kitchen in the hotel is acceptable in terms of money compared to street food courts. I think it will be useful for those who are planning to go. Because there is very little information and reviews about the resort.

We came to relax with our family. We had been to Borovoe many times before and had never been so lucky with the place. Something was always wrong. But this time we were 100% satisfied. Food, service, friendly staff, perfect cleanliness, and the contingent was up to par. No drunk, screaming neighbors. No one drank alcohol there. There were no discos in the yard in the middle of the night. In general, everything is for a family vacation. Proper and noble, so to speak. Many thanks to all the employees of this wonderful hotel.
