Nice place to spend time with family....very peaceful and safe. The only bad experience was the checking of our luggage at the entrance gate and that too with full authority.

Was here for work. Lovely clean hotel. I did have to move rooms as the room i was first put (312) had a very high window, it was cramped and the noise of the extraction units were quite loud, but once i had moved i was much happier, the staff were very helpful! Great Gym but it did feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when we used it. People kept watching us as if we werent supposed to be there

Little far from the Airport but great experience.

I'm here for a special occasion I'm international table tennis umpire and I have an international tournament there the Hotel is clean I saw to kind of rooms one with king bed and it's big enough and another one had two small beds and tiny the only thing I don't like here it's far from the city center about half an hour to go there that's it 🙂

This hotel is great. Room was equipped with everything you’ve might have needed. We’ve stood there for only one night. There were some problems with WiFi and room cards because of a recent storm, but amazing stuff helped and covered it all.

The front desk service is very good, and other facilities will be better if they are improved

The hotel is very close to the bus station, making travel very convenient.

Service is a bit lackluster. Visa cards are not accepted. Without tenge in dollars, they don’t even take a deposit to bring the tenge the next day. In general, if at night you only have dollars and a visa card, you will not be accommodated.

Not bad, breakfast is too expensive

Surprisingly the room was clean. Nice chandelier in the room. Breakfast was pleasantly good and filling. The flooring of the rooms was granite which was well grouted though this is surprising for a hotel in a place that can get very cold. The air conditioning unit broke down though. It would be nice if the room had a kettle to boil water on cold nights.

The location is two stops away from the Almaty Passenger Terminal. All buses go to the passenger terminal, so it is very convenient to stay here before leaving Almaty. Opposite the hotel is the super-large Grand Park, which has separate areas for food, clothing, entertainment, and a supermarket with a full range of specialties and snacks, which is very convenient. We stayed here twice; first stay was on the second floor, and it was unpleasant due to the smoke smell in the room and the hallway. Even the A/C air vent brought in smoke smell. One of the best located sanitory in town, with all the best recreation facilities, best place to be for those who prefer to spend and experience nature one-2-one.

We recently stayed at Altyn Kargaly for three nights. Our party was a total of 21 with children. Everything was excellent. Staff is helpful and kind, administration great, economical - great restaurant! Great place for a conference or any other hotel need.

The front desk was very patient in helping us solve the language barrier problem.
