Hotel Leyla Premiere

Almaty, Zhualy Street 76/1 (13 km from centre) 🧭

The room was renovated but smelled 🚬. It wasn't really clean, there was hair under the sheets and in the bathtub. They gave us clean white sheets (though there were some ingrained stains, as you know how they show on white). We paid 12,000 rubles for this 3-bed room 🌙. The handwashing sink is very small, and you can't fill a 2-liter bottle of water for the trip.

It was good place to stay one day)) there is a small place to buy water in first floor.it was helpful to buy as I was visiting in the middle of night.

Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau

Almaty, Tausamaly 50A (11 km from centre) 🧭

First time in Almaty, and choosing this hotel really elevated my entire trip experience. First off, the front desk staff had excellent English, so communication was a breeze. Secondly, both the hot spring and breakfast far exceeded my expectations. The hotel views were also fantastic. The only downside is its slightly out-of-the-way location, which means taxi rides can be a bit long.

Great location, amazing nature. Loved the trees and huge territory to walk. Nice “quarter” restaraunt. Bowls there are must try

Extremely satisfied! The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent. You absolutely must try the pool and sauna. A special shout-out to the bartender who, even though I was the only one there late at night, still made me a drink and brought me snacks. My two-day stay became even more perfect after it snowed. The breakfast had a good variety and was of high quality. A truly perfect vacation

Everything was great, but the air conditioning and heating didn't quite cut it, making the room a bit cold.

Overall hotel was very nice. The room was big and bed and covers were amazing. Everyone was very nice and friendly. It is put of town, so away from a lot of things. The breakfast was great and in room service good as well. The last evening, there were kids using hallway as playground which didnt allow to relax, but overall everything else was very good. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful relaxing mini-break there with my family. This was our second stay at the hotel and the rooms, the food, the amenities and the service were all superb. The spa facilities were the highlight of the stay, with multiple indoor and outdoor pools and saunas. A special shoutout to Denis, who is the resident personal trainer at the gym there. He is super knowledgeable and helpful. He kindly...

Country Village Resort

Almaty, Kazakhstan, Almatinskya oblast, Nauryzbayskiy raion - Country Village Resort (16 km from centre) 🧭

Pool, Sauna, Beach

The bedside light in our room exploded and set on fire to our bed, we received no real apology. The website and marketing promises wifi in every room, this was not available. The call button to our eating area didn’t work (although was fixed eventually). I was told that the pool was included in the price, even had this confirmed the day or arrival via WhatsApp but still had to pay. The staff were...

Nice place to spend time with family....very peaceful and safe. The only bad experience was the checking of our luggage at the entrance gate and that too with full authority.

A lovely and quiet place near a flowing stream The rooms are great

Very nice weekend escape. Nice kitchen, clean air and wonderful service

Good place to relax and not expensive

Salut Hotel Almaty

Almaty, 050000, Kazahstan (9 km from centre) 🧭

The staff is so nice to us they are preparing a food to us because we are always in the travel and we cant get a breakfast.

Breakfast was average, and the environment was just okay. It's located opposite Chinatown. The service was decent.

The product is very good, I am very satisfied, the packaging is also very good, the speed is very fast, good reviews!

good service, perfect room. Very nice hotel, breakfast is also good. The lady at the front desk doesn't speak English, but it's not difficult to communicate. It's very quiet at night, and the rooms on the south side can see beautiful snow-capped mountains.

Conveniently located in the vibrant city of Almaty, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenient services. The bright, spacious and carefully maintained rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. There is a restaurant on the extensive territory of the hotel. It is an ideal place for both business people and tourists.

The room facilities are outdated, the air conditioning isn't cooling properly, and it's a bit noisy since it's close to the main road. I had to ask for housekeeping three times, and by 4 PM the next day, it still hadn't been cleaned. Not a good experience.

Not bad! Didn't have time for breakfast though!

Clean, comfortable, high-level service 👍 The location is also convenient, everything was accessible I left a good impression, we will definitely come again 🤍

When I arrived at this hotel, I was pleased to find the room spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did a great job, with the room being cleaned daily, including fresh towels. A standout feature for me was that the fabric code for the safe was changed, which is a rare and much-appreciated touch, especially for security-conscious guests. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were inedible, though there were occasional...

Was here for work. Lovely clean hotel. I did have to move rooms as the room i was first put (312) had a very high window, it was cramped and the noise of the extraction units were quite loud, but once i had moved i was much happier, the staff were very helpful! Great Gym but it did feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when we used it. People kept watching us as if we werent supposed to be there

Little far from the Airport but great experience.

I'm here for a special occasion I'm international table tennis umpire and I have an international tournament there the Hotel is clean I saw to kind of rooms one with king bed and it's big enough and another one had two small beds and tiny the only thing I don't like here it's far from the city center about half an hour to go there that's it 🙂

Vortex Esport hotel

Almaty, Kargalinskaya Ulitsa 64 (9 km from centre) 🧭

This hotel isn't close to the center of Almaty, but it is a really nice place to stay at a decent price. It's the most comfortable place I stayed in the city, with air conditioning and an actual double bed with a soft mattress. If you're looking for comfort and don't mind taking a trip to get to the city, I recommend this place.

A small, cute hotel, but no air conditioning.

Nice environment...convenient transportation

Dos Hostel Hotel

The best hostel in Almaty. Clean and cozy. This is where I checked in when I arrived in Almaty. You'll be greeted by the nicest and most helpful receptionist. The rooms and the hostel itself are clean and bright. Great location, close to the metro. I'm happy with everything.

I really liked the hostel. Very clean, comfortable.

Good hostel, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful hotel, chic interior, cleanliness and comfort. Full set of equipment for living, including the Internet, oven, barbecue, iron, relaxation room and even a gym. Bed linen of excellent quality is changed regularly, very strong comfortable beds, complete silence for sleeping. Special thanks to the administrator Dmitry for monitoring the cleanliness and order in the hostel, a good, responsive...

Central Asia Inn Hotel

Almaty (9 km from centre) 🧭

The hotel was originally called 7 Days Inn. The current owner, a Fuzhou native, recently took over, and many rooms have minor and major issues (which is quite tolerant). You won't find "Central Asia Inn" on any map search, so just search the address. The good thing is that they speak Chinese, making communication easy. You can negotiate your orders with the kitchen, and the prices are comparable to...

The hotel is very simple, the bed linen is old, gray. The room looks untidy. There is a construction site in the yard. It is 10-15 minutes to the bus stop. I do not recommend it.

We paid in advance, despite this, the hotel did not expect us, but they checked us in quickly. Pros: the hotel seems to be new, recently renovated, comfortable beds, a large shower. The girl at the reception was responsive. That's all. Cons: the room is dirty. Age-old dust, clouds of hair on the floor, the toilet seat is just lying on top, not attached. The shower head is completely broken. We...

Almaty, Sain St 83 (7 km from centre) 🧭

Its perfect the hotel the staff and the workers are very hospitable the breakfast is also good as i expected ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was quite far from the city center and clearly an older property, but overall, the ladies managing the place were genuinely lovely—warm in their own way, though a translator was often needed to communicate. At times, they might come across as stern or a bit distant, but I think that’s largely cultural. Coming from a former Soviet/Russian background, they’re not necessarily the overly smiley or outwardly...

Most cheap price hotel in almaty so adjust a bit ie city during office hotel 1 hour during snow 2hour to 3 hour due to traffic rest everything fine .Hotel having currency exchange beside and 2 or 3 great food incude a supermarket within 100meter.

I'm delighted to provide feedback on our recent stay at the Ajour Hotel. Our experience was truly exceptional, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful aspects of our visit. Very nice place, very nice staff

We arrived after a long flight all the way from the Philippines. We were nearby and decided to stop by there. We were captivated by the location, which was quiet and without constant traffic. Very cozy hotel. We really liked it 👍 Cozy, clean, comfortable soft snow-white bed. There is wi-fi, a kettle, a microwave, a fairly spacious refrigerator, air conditioning, towels, an ironing board, an iron -...

Excellent hotel, quiet, cozy, like home, I rented a room on the 3rd floor, you can see the mountains from the window 👍

Super clean and has whatever we need.

Basically owner hates tourist and love tourist money. Gives you that face. Internet is very slow. Room is good and clean, toilet is extremely small. Location is far from city centre. Quiet but curtains are transparent, will get bright after 6am.

Normally here is good but internet is bad . Breakfast is not good not bad. Bed's is old. Another staff is nice. Otel manager is like nice .

Hotel Oscar

Almaty, Aqsai-4 shagyn aydany, 90A (9 km from centre) 🧭

The mattress was old, with yellowed patches. There wasn't a duvet cover; you had to put one on yourself. There was only one pendant light, no bedside lamp. All the amenities were very basic. Breakfast was meager: cucumbers, tomatoes, sausages, and biscuits. It was about the standard of a hotel costing a little over 100 yuan in China—not cheap.

The staff at the reception were very friendly.

The room was clean. The front desk spoke Russian and could be translated using a mobile phone. Very welcoming.

There was only one hand towel, even though it was a double room. The carpets on the floor were old and slightly dirty. The linens were okay, as were the towels and robes. The food selection was limited, but it was tasty. The hallway smelled of smoke. The photo only shows the view from the window.

I arrived around 2am, but the quilt wasn't covered, so I had to put it on myself... There was also a strong smell of formaldehyde.

It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from the city center, but other than that, there are convenience stores and restaurants near the accommodation, and the owner is very friendly.

Raavah Hotel

Almaty (7 km from centre) 🧭

The hotel is new, and the front desk staff speaks good English, though the service attitude is just average; cultural differences are understandable. I'd like to thank Ctrip for two things: First, I contacted Ctrip in advance to help with early check-in. The Ctrip concierge responded quickly and assisted with the communication. Arriving at the front desk at 9:30, the young lady said early check-in...

Of all the hotels, we finally found the biggest one. Cleaning is poor... breakfast is okay.

It's a suite. The room is actually not big, but the living room is huge and the bathroom is also large. Overall it feels good and clean. The breakfast is also acceptable in Almaty at this price.

Except for the location being a little far away and the waiters being a bit lazy (waiters in other hotels are also lazy), everything else is good.

The sanitation is average. There are a lot of hairs on the carpet at the head of the bed. This needs to be cleaned carefully. The room is large but the shower room is small. The service needs to be improved. There is not enough water to drink. A bottle of water costs 500 jin. At this price, a hotel should charge for a bottle of water. Is this something that needs to be improved?

Check-in was quick and easy, and the reception staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was always tasty, with some items changing daily, which was a nice touch. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and cozy — not something you see in every hotel. The location is also great, with a metro station nearby that made getting around the city very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely...
