This hotel is great. Room was equipped with everything you’ve might have needed.
We’ve stood there for only one night.
There were some problems with WiFi and room cards because of a recent storm, but amazing stuff helped and covered it all.

The hotel is very close to the bus station, making travel very convenient.

Service is a bit lackluster. Visa cards are not accepted. Without tenge in dollars, they don’t even take a deposit to bring the tenge the next day. In general, if at night you only have dollars and a visa card, you will not be accommodated.

Not all cards accept payment, not matching price-quality. Decent breakfast included in the room rate. Some staff understand only the Kazakh language.

At night they rented a room from the road for 10 thousand tenge, until 8:00 am. the inside of the room was dirty. I called the reception with no response. But there was no toilet paper, not disposable slippers, nothing. I called twice. I ask the administration to take action.

This is more likely a hotel than a hotel. Very cozy and warm. That's what you can't say about the staff. When you enter your room and think about relaxation, this desire is interrupted by the rustles and whispers of the staff who are using listening devices. When asked to stop, they begin to mock and wiretap even more intensely. Result: irritation, inaction of the administration, fatigue. I give it a stretch of three points, and that’s taking into account the familiarity.
