First time in Almaty, and choosing this hotel really elevated my entire trip experience. First off, the front desk staff had excellent English, so communication was a breeze. Secondly, both the hot spring and breakfast far exceeded my expectations. The hotel views were also fantastic. The only downside is its slightly out-of-the-way location, which means taxi rides can be a bit long.

Extremely satisfied! The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent. You absolutely must try the pool and sauna. A special shout-out to the bartender who, even though I was the only one there late at night, still made me a drink and brought me snacks. My two-day stay became even more perfect after it snowed. The breakfast had a good variety and was of high quality. A truly perfect vacation.

Overall hotel was very nice. The room was big and bed and covers were amazing. Everyone was very nice and friendly. It is put of town, so away from a lot of things. The breakfast was great and in room service good as well. The last evening, there were kids using hallway as playground which didnt allow to relax, but overall everything else was very good. Would stay there again.

This restaurant may look luxurious and offer tasty food with high-level service, but unfortunately, it shows disregard for the state language. There is no menu in the state language, and the staff do not respect the language of the country where they earn their money. I personally do not believe that an establishment which disrespects the country’s language can show sincere respect to its guests.
If you decide to dine at this restaurant, please take this into consideration.

We had a wonderful relaxing mini-break there with my family. This was our second stay at the hotel and the rooms, the food, the amenities and the service were all superb.
The spa facilities were the highlight of the stay, with multiple indoor and outdoor pools and saunas. A special shoutout to Denis, who is the resident personal trainer at the gym there. He is super knowledgeable and helpful. He kindly gave me an improptu session on correct weightlifting form and I still use his tips.
The location is great - just on the outskirts of the city, but the grounds are so huge and lush that you quickly forget that you aren't too far from the city proper. It's perfect if you are visiting friends and family, or simply tournig the 'stans and need a quality relaxing break.

The hotel is one of the (maybe, the?) greatest hotels in Almaty.
The territory is just huge with golf courses, a big pond, lots of trees and paths to walk.
Rooms are top-notch and cleaning is always high-quality.
The quality of the materials in the rooms is very good.
Rooms have balconies with a very nice view.
I was at this Swissotel in the autumn (please see photos) and it was very beautiful, but I assume the summer here is just fantastic.
The restaurant offers a good selection of food for breakfast; for linner we visited a smaller bar, which offers simple yet delicious food.
The staff is impeccable. All the people working here - whether on reception or in room service or restaurant - work perfectly.
They answer all the questions and solve all the issues professionally.
The only downside is the trip from the airport, which in rush hour may take you 2 hours or more.
However, what we did was going to Almaty downtown, having dinner at a restaurant there and after that getting to the hotel.
This splitting the way saves lots of time. And you get to hotel full -)

A very beautiful and clean hotel with great views of Alatau mountain range. Amazing every morning when I go out to the balcony to have a look.
