It was good place to stay one day)) there is a small place to buy water in first floor.it was helpful to buy as I was visiting in the middle of night.

The towels might have once been white. They're gray and washed-out. The rooms are smoky to the point of death! There's no kettle in the room, only glasses, and even then, only if you ask for them. Everything looks so worn and run-down, like furniture pulled from a dumpster.

The room was renovated but smelled 🚬. It wasn't really clean, there was hair under the sheets and in the bathtub. They gave us clean white sheets (though there were some ingrained stains, as you know how they show on white). We paid 12,000 rubles for this 3-bed room 🌙. The handwashing sink is very small, and you can't fill a 2-liter bottle of water for the trip.

The room was clean and quiet, but we paid 11,000 tenge for a family room, but there was no family atmosphere. There was a dirty sofa next to the bedroom. In other family hotels, there was a second room. There was no place for a child or a bed for the third person, so how could it be a family room? The receptionist was rude and said, "Don't come here if you don't like it."
