Central Asia Inn Hotel in Almaty

The hotel is very simple, the bed linen is old, gray. The room looks untidy. There is a construction site in the yard. It is 10-15 minutes to the bus stop. I do not recommend it.

We paid in advance, despite this, the hotel did not expect us, but they checked us in quickly.

Pros: the hotel seems to be new, recently renovated, comfortable beds, a large shower. The girl at the reception was responsive. That's all.

Cons: the room is dirty. Age-old dust, clouds of hair on the floor, the toilet seat is just lying on top, not attached. The shower head is completely broken. We washed ourselves with a hose, the pressure just knocked it out, after the first night they said this, they told us that they would fix it. But they did nothing. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is a remote control for it. Without it, the room is unbearable, after a complaint they brought a portable air conditioner that circulates air. Not much use, but at least it made it a little easier. Free breakfasts are advertised. But there are none. We were denied breakfast, they don't make them at all. A wardrobe without a clothes rod, why is it in the room at all? The location is also so-so, it's far from the bus stops, and from the center too. Only Astana Arena is close.

In general we were not satisfied. Well, at least for two days. No refund.
