Check-in was quick and easy, and the reception staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was always tasty, with some items changing daily, which was a nice touch. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and cozy — not something you see in every hotel. The location is also great, with a metro station nearby that made getting around the city very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back

The hotel is new, and the front desk staff speaks good English, though the service attitude is just average; cultural differences are understandable.
I'd like to thank Ctrip for two things: First, I contacted Ctrip in advance to help with early check-in. The Ctrip concierge responded quickly and assisted with the communication. Arriving at the front desk at 9:30, the young lady said early check-in would cost approximately 300 RMB. About ten minutes later, the Ctrip concierge said it was arranged, and then a manager came out from the front desk saying we could check in early for free—very efficient.
Second, based on previous reviews, I was worried about being falsely accused of smoking and fined. I called Ctrip customer service extensively beforehand, and they said they had already taken note and promised to reimburse us for the fine and resolve the issue if it did occur. This was very reassuring.
During my two nights, I recorded every detail of the room every time I entered or left as evidence. Fortunately, nothing happened.
Personally, my overall stay was smooth, with no unpleasant incidents. The hotel rooms, restaurants, and gym were all good; I would give it 5 stars. Thanks again to Ctrip customer service!

I stayed for six consecutive days, and they didn't change my slippers, they never replenished my toothpaste or toothbrush, the toilet smelled bad, and the service was terrible.

I do not smoke at all, yet the hotel management repeatedly accused me of smoking and imposed illegal "fines" on me!
This morning, when I checked out, the front desk accused me of smoking and showed me "evidence"—cigarette butts in the bathroom trash can.
I immediately protested.
The male manager came over, listened to my complaint, went to my room, and 10 minutes later, the front desk told me to return to my room. The male manager pointed to cigarette ash in the bathroom sink as evidence, accusing me of smoking in my room.
Because I was in a hurry and didn't want to delay my trip, I paid the "fine" of 50,000 tenge.

It's a suite. The room is actually not big, but the living room is huge and the bathroom is also large. Overall it feels good and clean. The breakfast is also acceptable in Almaty at this price.

Except for the location being a little far away and the waiters being a bit lazy (waiters in other hotels are also lazy), everything else is good.

The sanitation is average. There are a lot of hairs on the carpet at the head of the bed. This needs to be cleaned carefully. The room is large but the shower room is small. The service needs to be improved. There is not enough water to drink. A bottle of water costs 500 jin. At this price, a hotel should charge for a bottle of water. Is this something that needs to be improved?
