I recently stayed at Salute Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the daytime, the staff charged me an additional 3000 Tenge for a bath towel, claiming there was a slight color change. This seemed completely unreasonable, especially considering that towels are meant to be washed and reused.
The way the staff handled the situation was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Instead of resolving the issue politely, they insisted on the charge without proper explanation or flexibility. It left a very bad impression on what was supposed to be a relaxing stay.
I would advise future guests to double-check everything and be cautious, as hidden or unfair charges like this can ruin your experience. Definitely not the kind of hospitality I expected.
