This hotel isn't close to the center of Almaty, but it is a really nice place to stay at a decent price. It's the most comfortable place I stayed in the city, with air conditioning and an actual double bed with a soft mattress. If you're looking for comfort and don't mind taking a trip to get to the city, I recommend this place.

It's terrible. After booking, they told me there were no rooms. They assigned me a room without air conditioning without telling me. I found it myself. I drank a bottle of mineral water from them, but they remembered to ask me for 4 RMB.
