The hotel is new and clean, and the bathroom facilities are all from good brands. To be able to enjoy such quality and service at this price, the value for money is really excellent. Highly recommended.
I chose Ibis because I wanted a solid hotel in Astana, with no bad surprises. And it was exactly this, even better than expected. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cleaning of rooms, even daily. Tasty breakfast and decent dinner options. Water coolers with drinking water on every floor. Recommended!
The room is quite good for the people travelling alone. The quality of the amenities are good. Breakfast is best here. It's value for money
Good location and service
Reasonable price
Highly recommended
Staff were excellent, very kind and friendly
Top for that price in Astana now. Have a smoking rooms i 12th floor

The hotel needs some renovation, you could’ve found better options for a much smaller amount of money…
The floors in the rooms should also be cleaned up and the were also an empty pack of body wash…
Came there for a business trip
Couldn't sleep at night due to unbearable heat in the room . Cooling air conditioning was not working . Even if the hotel is connected by the city heating system like they said . Still, the cooling option should exist .
Could not sleep before my work
I got dehydrated and was sleepy at work .
However, the hotel is clean .
Hotel is a little old but still had a comfortable stay. The beds were with wheels and moved around but were very comfortable. The room size was good for a standard room, breakfast though i would say needs more attention and updates. Location wise it's not far from the centre and is near a river. Overall it was a good stay
Environment: Beautiful and comfortable environment,
Facilities: Complete facilities, everything you need.
Sanitation: Good hygiene, but the cleaning time is too late!
Service: Very good service, good attitude. Breakfast is very rich!
I stay here often and enjoy it very much.
A solid unpretentious member of the Radisson family. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and everything works. Kind and welcoming staff.
The only downside is miserable food, breakfast or any other. Luckily the next door there's an excellent Italian cafe.
Astana, Turan avenue 44 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Great location, and the hotel feels quite new. It's a bit far from the old town, but taxis are super cheap in Astana. Plus, there's a fantastic food court right across the street with lots of tasty options!
The bed wasn't neatly made, not like what you'd expect in a hotel. We had to ask for toothpaste and a toothbrush ourselves, as there weren't any. The breakfast was meager.
I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, with a good bed and four pillows (two soft, two firmer). There was also a kettle, an iron, and an ironing board in the room. The shower had body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion. The blackout curtains were thick. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning remote control glowed at night if you slept with it...
Excellent hotel, stayed for several days, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
Very nice stay, perfect location, great breakfast, was perfect
A good, clean hotel with small rooms. Breakfasts are modest, as expected for the star rating. The staff is friendly and the location is good.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, good soundproofing, no noise from the neighbors, and a convenient location
The service staffs are excellent as very attentive. The location is nearby to restaurants and mini marts. The room is clean with air conditioning. I will definitely come back to this hotel staying.
it was a landmark hotel, which show on the 5,000 tenge, the breakfast was great…
Hotel receptionist speak good english
The location is great, friendly stuff and affordable prices!
Excellent hotel, good service and tasty breakfast.

This retro door key 🔑… small bed… with this insatiable breakfast.
Worth recommending. Will stay here again next time. Clean, tidy and comfortable.
The room was very clean and the service was very good.
The room is clean and hygienic
Very average, check in with caution!
The hotel is just a little rest between flights. We checked in at 4 in the morning, came to the room, the shower cubicle was broken (the doors were skewed, you couldn’t get into it (((((they called for maintenance, a woman came and thank God she was able to put them in place, we washed ourselves.... the walls are cardboard , you won’t be able to sleep for a long time. The bed is made up of 2 small...
The accommodation was easy to find, clean, and included breakfast. I went with three friends and we had a room with three single beds, which was great.
We stayed overnight. The only positive was the price (about 2,500 rubles at the time). The room was cold (they probably hadn't turned on the heating yet). Overall, it was a decent night's stay for that price, including breakfast, and for three people. Breakfast was okay. The dining room smelled strongly of fried food, which was a big negative. The worst part was that I left a T-shirt, forgot it, and...
The hotel is close to the old rail way station, but far from the new one (25-30 minutes by taxi). So please check well which one is your destination. The staffs were nice and helpful. They tried to help in anything I requested.
It’s pretty good. There’s a spa downstairs. There’s a masseuse, Junye Luzi. At the beginning of the massage, she jumped on my back and yelled, exhaled and inhaled, and then heard two clicks, pressed two palms on my back, and then operated with one pause. I was really stunned by the fierce groping like a tiger. How can she be so unprofessional and yet so confident? It’s nb
excellent place to stay for the night in terms of price/quality. clean, smoke-free room. good mattresses

We checked in at 1:00 PM, payment was accepted by card. The price was very budget-friendly — we booked through a website with a 20% discount. The rooms are clean and have everything necessary: hygiene supplies, a bottle of water, a Tefal kettle, and most importantly, a baby crib (upon request).
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. There’s a 24/7 store and a halal kebab place nearby. Many...
Cozy small nice hotel. The location (close to the US embassy) was the most important to choose this hotel. Very supportive staff, especially Azamat. Thank you for everything.
Though it is important to know that even if you booked the hotel on booking.com/their website or any other platform, you will need a physical card to pay the hotel directly on the front desk. That was pretty challenging for...
The Bistro /Cafe of Come Inn hotel is very cozy and the food deserves a thumbs up! I will certainly come back to try out their other specialties.
We stayed here while visiting friends, staff was very friendly and room was great. Food at the cafe was delicious. Next time we go I will stay here again.

Very affordable price for a room, with breakfast included. It's also really close to the national museum.
The hotel is good for short-term stays. The room is clean. The bed linens are in good condition. There's no kettle in the room, but there's a water cooler in the hallway. There's a large closet for clothes, but only one hanger. The shower pressure is good, but the shower head (need to be replaced or cleaned) sprays everywhere, and water gets on the floor. Naturally, it's damp and slippery. I had to...
I liked it. Clean. Cozy. The service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious.
The hotel was booked on short notice. It's located in the city center, has no elevator, weak WiFi signal, and lacks the service quality of China. Overall, the price/performance ratio is acceptable.
Great hotel for the price. Stayed while waiting for my next flight. Recommend. Breakfast included.
Excellent location. Breakfast, lunch, dinner are excellent. Cleanliness. Bathrobe, bedclothes, slippers, disposable toiletries included. I recommend.

Clean and cozy. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the train station and a direct route to the city center. The only downside is the noisy street right outside the windows.
Warm and attentive service, making guests feel right at home!

The Brown Hotel has all the necessary tools to enjoy a calm and relaxing stay.
The price was high above the average prices to compare. However, it is worth it.
Though it is a small place, you might find it difficult to reserve a room at a rush week.
Clean and comfortable small budget hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good lighting. Kettle supplied on asking. Nice hot water and water pressure. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Bed and pillows comfortable, room very clean. Quiet at night. Not a lot of food offerings close by.
Please note this is in the old city and quite a long walk to the new city
We love this hotel, the attention from the staff is good, they speak English very well, this hotel is very well located, you have plenty options around where you can go, i.e restaurants, supermarket, shops, etc.... I recommend this hotel, we stayed there because we were applying for some visas and the location was very convenient for Us,
Nice place
Good localization
Clean
Good breakfast.
I liked that hotel.
I first booked on another popular website, and it was written that it was 650 m from the center. So I took it) I had never been to Astana before and thought that I would be in the center) but it turned out to be wrong. In Astana, it is difficult to determine the center at all) but life is on the left bank, and this hotel is on the right) and is located, so to speak, not in the city area)) I looked...
This was supposed to be boutique hotel and upon entering rooms, you could see it was properly cleaned as there was strands of hair of the former occupants. The w carpet was dirty and when the cleaner was informed about the situation, she snapped. The breakfast was a scam, bad and cold. The hotel itself was quite dirty
Hotel was okay. Room was clean, silent and huge enough. We were provided with all bathroom accessories - even teethbrush. We could pay by MasterCard. Last day we needed to wait more than 40 minutes for ordered breakfast. It was strange, because only other 5 guests were there.
The room was very clean! But why weren't the two free breakfasts that Ctrip promised?
The hygiene is good, the service is acceptable, but there is one problem. At 12:00, which is a very slow time, they started knocking on the door. I was taking a dump in the toilet at that time, and they kept knocking on the door, and then they called me. I was halfway through... it was inconvenient for me to move! The soundproofing is not good. There were three adult activities in the next room from...
Anyway, I can speak Russian, so it's easy to communicate. 😅

It's a little walk from the bus stop from the airport, but it's a nice hotel. It's conveniently located for sightseeing if you take the bus. The symbolic tower, Bayterek, is about a 10-minute walk away. The reception staff were very kind, but they couldn't speak English.
Room number 13, window should be sealed in winter. Continuously blow wind.

The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is comfortable, breakfast is included and they can even bring it to the room! There is everything for living: slippers, towels, robes, shower gel and shampoo, dental kit, comb, tea corner. Pleasant atmosphere. In the evening we had a delicious dinner at reasonable prices. I definitely recommend it
Such a cute boutique hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach and very near the bus stop. They accommodated our breakfast for vegetarian which was great. The bed in the room was very comfy too. I would happily return to East Astana Hotel.
New and all works. AC, good bathroom, they even speak English. But the rooms are really really small. Too small and they call it Junior suite. The area is fine and it's quiet.

An affordable hotel, with a slightly inconvenient location and a hard bed. Everything else was good, and the service and breakfast were super 👍
A cozy room with a TV. There's a family sauna and a reasonably priced dining room.
For the price, it's a wonderful hotel. The room is spacious and bright. The only downside is the location.
It's a long way from the airport.
We stayed at this hotel again, and as always, everything was excellent. It's 25 minutes from the airport. The location and parking are excellent. Breakfast includes a choice of porridge or scrambled eggs, so there's plenty to eat.
The room includes a hairdryer, dental kits, razor blade, and shampoo.
Wonderful hotel. Home-style breakfasts. We also had dinner a couple of times, very tasty.
Friendly staff.
The room is clean.
A bit far from the center, but a taxi arrives without problems and the cost is not high.
A good hotel I always stay in it when I am in the capital. Nice staff, comfortable rooms, relatively inexpensive price.

Very polite administrator.room. the bed. everything is clean and tidy. and the price is inexpensive. I recommend it.
The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. The breakfast was not a buffet and I had to book a time for my breakfast and choose the menu. Still, the cook was not available at the appointed time and I had to wait.
A good hotel in old Astana city. Very nice dinning hall. Good food. Mannered reception staff. Rooms and washroom are cleaned. Calm atmosphere in surrounding.
The hotel has a convenient location, good rooms, but the price is clearly too high and does not correspond to the quality of the services provided. The staff is absolutely not helpful, there was a feeling that they were doing it through force and some kind of favor, without a smile, strained, without explanation of what services I can use at the hotel (this is all about the reception). I ordered breakfast...

I stayed this hotel for 5 days in astana. The administration is very good. Thanks a lot to the the adminstrator Ms Zarzira for all your help. We will remember your kindness and helping nature.
Nice stay in Astana withnhigh quality welcome. Very nice hotel with Royal touch.
The breakfast is very small, the front desk can only speak Russian, not English
Great hotel, great stuff. Very professional and nice. Super friendly and kind. Thank you guys for taking care of my relatives!!!
Very good hotel. The staff was perfect. Did everything they could to meet our expectations. Only slight minus is location is not the nearest to city centre. So you need to use Uber to get around.
Everything is good
Just reception not speak English
But you use google translate to contact her

Not excellent but ok for the price, spacious & close enough to the main touristy areas. Use uber if you can because the taxi company they use might be unnecessarily expensive. They might make mistakes in your reservation & not compensate.
Small hotel, nice room and helpful friendly staff. I was there for a month on business and would do it again.
Kind of mini hotel. Comfortable and clean. Problem with parking place but its ok
Very close to US embassy, at first time hard to find entry to the apartment reception.
Perfect location, lovely place, clean and quiet, great staff
We booked the hotel through the app and paid immediately, then checked in in the evening upon arrival! It's located in an upscale area, and the view from the window is simply captivating! We loved everything about it! There's Wi-Fi, a private kitchen, heated floors, and the room was warm, I'd even say hot, we had to open the window! I highly recommend it…
What they call the Elite Apart Hotel is actually a few separate rooms in a very strange, huge apartment building (one of the blocks of the Highvill residential complex). It feels a bit abandoned – the common corridors have cracks on the walls and ceiling, it's pretty dirty everywhere as if the floors aren't really cleaned, and you wait for the elevators for an incredibly long time. The code for the...
Check in was easy, transportation was offered
The apartment was great. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We particularly liked that there was ice in the freezer. But the toilet was truly a standout feature! It could do everything: wash, dry, and it even had a heated seat. All in all, we were very satisfied.
