We checked in at 1:00 PM, payment was accepted by card. The price was very budget-friendly — we booked through a website with a 20% discount. The rooms are clean and have everything necessary: hygiene supplies, a bottle of water, a Tefal kettle, and most importantly, a baby crib (upon request).
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. There’s a 24/7 store and a halal kebab place nearby. Many attractions are close — you can walk to Hazret Sultan Mosque.
Cleaning is done daily, and each day they bring a fresh bottle of water and toilet paper. The rooms and hallways are non-smoking, and there’s no smell of smoke anywhere — a big plus.
The staff is very polite and always ready to help.
Guests include both locals and foreigners, probably because many embassies are nearby.
Breakfast is well-organized: it’s not just a one-time setup in the morning — the food is regularly replenished. Even if you come down late, everything is still available. Overall, very well managed.
The only downside was that the air conditioner was weak, and around 4:00 AM the room got bright because the curtains were either too thin or didn’t fully cover the window.

Cozy small nice hotel. The location (close to the US embassy) was the most important to choose this hotel. Very supportive staff, especially Azamat. Thank you for everything.
Though it is important to know that even if you booked the hotel on booking.com/their website or any other platform, you will need a physical card to pay the hotel directly on the front desk. That was pretty challenging for me as I booked the hotel for my parents being in another country. So I had to send PayPal to pay for the hotel. But anyway, the staff was very helpful in managing this issue.

The Bistro /Cafe of Come Inn hotel is very cozy and the food deserves a thumbs up! I will certainly come back to try out their other specialties.

We stayed here while visiting friends, staff was very friendly and room was great. Food at the cafe was delicious. Next time we go I will stay here again.
