Everything is good about hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, awesome location near 3-4 shopping centres

But it seems to me that it would be possible to make the price cheaper due to the pandemic, since many foreign citizens now, in order to arrive in Kazakhstan, need to bear more expenses with the processing of documents and visas, as well as with obtaining PCR tests both from Kazakhstan and from their state

Front desk spoke English, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a good design, was clean and made up everyday with new towels. Fantastic location, near 2 malls and other cafes

The bathroom is aged with broken tiles and the handle for the shower tap stayed in my hand as it got loose. At check-in I asked if I could have an early check-in, but I was told that check-in is only at 15:00

This is probably one of the best hotels in Nur-Sultan, and perhaps in all of Kazakhstan. I couldn't contain my delight on the first day of my stay in the room

Right next to this landmark tower, the transportation is generally convenient. There is a currency exchange downstairs, which is very convenient

The breakfast variety is average, with more cold food, but the restaurant on the 21st floor has a good view

When we arrived the window was open and it was impossible to close it as it was nice. They fixed it only after 15 minutes. There were cats on the floor, but the cleaning lady was quick, everything else was fine.

The second floor faces the street, but it can be noisy at night. There's often a wedding in the adjacent party hall, which can be quite noisy. I requested a room change, but the hotel kept saying they had no rooms
