For that kind of money, you could get a better room. There's no shower curtain. And there's no air freshener in the bathroom, etc.

The bed linen is dirty with stains. It's not worth the price at all.

It's quiet, it's clean, there's water, there's Wi-Fi, the area is calm, everything seems fine.
