The owner is super helpful and speaks great English. We arrived late at night without a booking, and she was able to find space for us. She gave us great recommendations for dinner, and her husband even took us to a local mechanic.

They have a washing machine, a super clean kitchen, and a lovely garden and living area. They have a few spaces inside their gate to park your car/motorbike. They also have a security guard who's there 24/7.

The bathrooms are super new. Lots of hot water, shower pressure is good, overall very clean

It’s a very nice guest house. Clean and private bathrooms. Host is very nice and it’s close to the lake.

We had a unit with a double bed. Shared kitchen and toilet plus shower. Everything was very clean. The kitchen contains what you need concerning food preparation. To reach the location you need a car. By walking to the lake it takes 5 minutes. We 2400 Soms for the room.

Location is near the lake, the space is cozy and beautiful. The owner speak Eng very well and helpful. They have a lovely kitchen, everything you need is there.

The only thing I dont like is the bathroom is not inside the room. But with that price, it is acceptable

Very friendly staff, very clean place, and the garden is lovely. Location by the lake is also awesome, and very close to the best restaurant in town. Highly recommend staying here
