The name of this hotel says it all. If you're seeking peace, tranquility, and warm hospitality, this is the perfect place to stay. The owners go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome—from greeting us warmly upon arrival to bidding us farewell with thoughtful gifts.
The hotel also features a fantastic restaurant serving delicious dishes, including halal options. As a family-friendly, family-owned establishment, it has tremendous potential for the future. We left thoroughly satisfied with the outstanding service and care they provided. Thank you for everything!

Pros - one block to a beach. Fairly clean. Cons- Off putting approach through ramshackle buildings. Very small room, about 14 sq meters. No AC. No alcohol allowed or served. No overnight desk person, which was a problem because there were two rooms with loud parties until after midnight. There are two buildings and the connection between them involves a small rabbit warren of steps and turns. Just a very odd building. No elevator. No lobby but can sit in the restaurant.

Great location by the beach. But no AC in the rooms which is not comfortable for the summer. Also our room didn't have a WiFi signal.

Such a gem of a place, we found it by accident as our confirmed booking nearby this place cancelled on us when we reached there. Walked in and took the lake facing rooms on the first floor. Amazingly well kept room interiors facing the lake. Can walk to the private beach in 2 mins or spend time standing at the balcony. The restaurant / cafe also serves amazing food overlooking the lake, get the upper floor tables for a nicer view and open windows. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay near the lake.

The view from the room is directly on the lake, a very beautiful view, the room is new, everything is new, beautiful, hearty breakfasts, the lake is literally 50 meters away. Delicious food for lunch or dinner.

Few steps from Issykul lake. Room size, amenities and bed are fantastic.
There is a toll gate before you reach the hotel, you have to pay 50 som however the road going there is not in the best shape and rather confusing.
They could
trim the bushes and provide a signage in the road for where the parking and reception area. Thankfully there’s some kid who helped us to find where is the reception area is.
AC is necessary especially on summer
Service can be improved-limescale in the bathroom and there’s a language barrier in the restaurant.

Our room was clean, cozy, and has a fantastic minimalism charm. The staff was amazing and friendly. Special thanks to receptionist Djahar for helping with accommodation and making our stay comfortable. Breakfasts and other food were very delicious, I recommend trying lamb skewer, panna cotta, lagman and trout. The hotel is very close to beach which is clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for family stay.

About the holiday at the Silence Hotel. Pros: beautiful interior, clean rooms, friendly staff in the restaurant, the beach is nearby. Cons: terrible location on the unkempt territory of the old boarding house "Bereke", not lit in the evening, the beach is not equipped (no umbrellas/sun loungers), the shore is rocky in places, there is nothing to do in your leisure time, wi-fi, like everywhere else, is not working. The hotel rules say “No noise after 22.00” (Isn’t this alien to a vacation spot? I think you should sleep at home.). I was also extremely outraged that they imposed a fine for towels that were not heavily stained with hair dye, and they demanded more than their actual cost. For the price that we paid at this hotel, it is possible to find other more profitable and convenient options.

Location (beach access). Silence, calm. Breakfast (amazingly cozy, beautiful track overlooking the lake, delicious and inexpensive food, friendly waiters) Staff (everyone is very good-natured, it’s immediately obvious that the guys are always able to do anything and, most importantly, want to help). I would like to highlight this separately; a warm atmosphere is important. Design (for a second I felt like I was in Bali, my eyes were happy) Everything is new.

We stayed for 2 nights in August and had an opportunity to test both types of the rooms - with a lake view and without. Rooms were all right, even though some details missing; food was tasty and swings on the veranda very comfortable. But the quality of the cleaning was a no-go. When we moved into the (kind of freshly cleaned) room, there was somebody’s hair in the bathroom, sand on the floor, some forgotten dirty socks under the sink (can imagine they are still there if you open the cupboard); sink itself was also not clean.
Especially considering the prices it’s absolutely unacceptable. Hopefully the owners will do something about it.
