Finally a hotel that gets it! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and as soon as you enter you feel like a guest and not a customer. There is always someone to help at the reception, and beverages and cookies ready to take. When entering the room we found a hand-written welcome letter, chocolates and other sweets. I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand Palace Hotel. The staff at check-in were so gracious and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. I loved the turn down service in the evenings. The hotel is very close to the cheerful Christmas market. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and in Riga. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the city.

Not the first time for us staying in this hotel with our two large dogs and everything is just fantastic. I must admit though that for a longer stay I would love to have more spacious bathroom, otherwise all was great. The breakfast is delicious with great variety for any taste. We had our dinner at the hotel’s restaurant this time and it was also very good.

This hotel was recommended by a client. It's reasonably priced, but the bed is a bit soft. It's a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, and Albert Street is right next door. Riga isn't a big city, so staying here is very convenient!

Entrance to foyer is up about 10 STEEP steps with inadequate handrail. Be warned if you are wobbly on your feet, no one will help with your cases. Bus guests made breakfast a real nightmare. I have never experienced a breakfast like this anywhere in the world.

Peaceful hotel in a really beautiful area. We had no view from the junior suite but it was clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast selection was good but the breakfast buffet was quite crowded each morning. The sauna facilities were nice, but sauna was missing a light for some reason. Friendly staff. Location is not very good because of the busy railway station neighborhood. The trains movings and loud announcements all the night, building vibration. Very good hotel. Tasty breakfast. Clean rooms. Shower cosmetics very good quality.

Checkin staff was great. My only issue is the way the elevator is set up. Basically you needed to walk up or down a half a staircase to get to the elevator. So if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage, it was a bit of a pain. But otherwise, very good. Definitely, worth the money i spent.

Fine for a couple of nights It was all right. The room keys are in a safe of which you get a code and take your keys, among all the other guests keys. But ours wasn't there so had to call them and they called the cleaning lady and she came down and got our keys

I needed a hotel last minute for a half night and this was a good cheap option; it’s an alright spot for the price! If you need to stay one night - it’s fine, good location for travel links. Rooms are large, nice high ceilings. But I wouldn't stay with kids or for multiple days; there was no tv in a room and general vibe was a bit as if I entered a pub.

It was ok but do not open window as it is second floor and anyone can enter from street to your room.

OK hotel is okay OK hotel was okay. We got in to Rīga really late and the hotel is 10 min from the airport and is really cheap. Thats why we booked it. So i knew what I Got and for the money its ok. Got a family room with ballons instead of 2 separate rooms. That was nice and so was the staff.

What a Gem! So glad I found this boutique hotel right in the heart of “old town” Riga. Only a handful of rooms, each unique and very nicely appointed. Elevator or stairs to get you to the rooftop bar that’s open seasonally. breakfast is amazing in the Michelin rated restaurant downstairs. The service by the front desk was terrific as well, always helpful with transportation or other advice.

Fabulous location and very helpful staff on reception - keen to give recommendations for restaurants etc. I happened to mention it was my birthday during our stay and they put a bottle of Rigas sparkling wine and flute glasses in our room with a little card wishing me happy birthday. Much cigarette smoke from neighbor on the terrace In general the breakfast was okay. But the poultry was cold and the egg was cooked to much. And it should not be allowed to sit on the ground terrace and smoke and make neighbors to passive smoker. And the room could be a little bit more warm and cozy.

Apartment style family rooms with stairs to second floor are not really child/toddler friendly unfortunately. Bathroom was small and uncomfortable. No refund policy, if You book for several nights, but leave early.

The rooms were clean and comfortably furnished. The hotel made us feel welcome. The only downside is the parking spaces, which are few and one night we had to find a place on the opposite street. I praise the breakfast and the service, everything was 5+. I also used the spa services and the massage was great, so I recommend them.

A modern hotel with large rooms, very friendly staff, OK breakfast, and just 2 blocks away from the beach. It's 1.5 km to the busy center which can be done easily by walking, Bolt, or e-scooters. Laundry of a full load is 10 Euro only. I'd probably stay here again when back in Jurmala

Villa Santa is a magical place surrounded by a forest, in the most beautiful town of Vidzeme. Every time I return there, I feel like home. The restaurant serves excellent food. In this place, every detail has been thought out for the well-being of the guests.

Beautiful old hotel nicely adorned with multiple buildings to stay in. Dinner was great and they easily adapted to our food sensitivities. Breakfast is more than ample with many choices for hot and cold. Don’t forget to do the sauna. Both regular and steam saunas in the hotel to go back and forth in or sit for a few minutes and enjoy the view of the forest.

The Adazi Port Hotel stay of over three weeks was an incredibly positive experience. The room was always spotless, and the comfortable bed made it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel wins mainly because of its Ideal location in the Centre of Rega. The room was good enough and so was breakfast. I was however not at all impressed by the dinner that they served. Anyway, I would certainly book there again, only go be so close to all them beautiful sights of the Latvian capital.

Good Rehabilitation centre, I don’t like rooms. Order 1 person Room it’s cost more euros(that 2 person room), but have absolutely the same Room just nobody living with me!! Phh. It's really historical recreation center of Jurmala and Latvia. Here you can enjoy amazing mud applications, mineral baths, underwater massage, classic massage and different therapy applications. I especially recommend mud applications, those was amazing - heated mud made a relaxing effect. Seaside is not far away and is reachable by short walk. What to improve?
