Great service from all, good comfortable rooms and excellent central location. They already do things for you before you have to ask! We arrived early, left bags with them, and came back later for the room

Finally a hotel that gets it! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and as soon as you enter you feel like a guest and not a customer. There is always someone to help at the reception, and beverages and cookies ready to take

They had already took bags to our room. On way out our flight was in the evening and we booked the hotel car for airport transfer. We went to reception to get our bags. And they were out waiting for us

Still the same high-quality hotel made perfect by the friendly staff. Had to come back to sit in the bar for the afternoon and share memories of our last visit. Great location, just off Dome Square

I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand Palace Hotel. The staff at check-in were so gracious and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. I loved the turn down service in the evenings

Next to the lovely buffet you can order different egg dishes (even Eggs Benedict) and pancakes. There are always staff walking around to clean your table and take your order

Nice hotel, nice aesthetics , very helpful and nice staffs , good breakfast, jaccuzzi ,sauna and steam was nice but had to pay to rent the robe, clean room, worth every penny, the hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the bus station

CP value extremely high. Sauna and steam room and jacuzzi for free, though they could be out of order / cramped.

Excellent location and service for those who want to stay in the center.

That way the suggestions are made by locals who will likely recommend things off the beaten path. Just a thought! My only recommendation would be: have a pillow menu for those of us who prefer sturdier pillows

We were in Riga to find out about family history. The Triba hotel was in a great position with easy access to the old town, and good for us to go searching our family history in the suburbs

I actually think it'd be great to have the team come up with a list of suggestions on where to go/do/see and have the marketing team create a brochure to have in each room

Not in the old town but 20 min walk. Near to the art deco and central area of riga which have amazing restaurants. Great breakfast so much choice

This hotel was recommended by a client. It's reasonably priced, but the bed is a bit soft. It's a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, and Albert Street is right next door

The area where the hotel is situated is ideal and quiet. The staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet is an excellent way to start your day!

Breakfast was amazing. We being vegetarian still had options to eat. Very nice spread. Location isn't very close to old town but it's walkable around 20 mins away.

Both rooms I stayed in were dated but both had modern renovated bathrooms. I enjoyed the central location in the old city, near restaurants and several key attractions

Hotel is located right in the Old Town. Everywhere us walking distance. My room was a good size and very clean. I looked out onto the street and though there were plenty of bars it was nice and quiet

The room was clean, spacious and you could tell its been recently renovated. The Spa facilities left a bit to be desired, with a tiny pool and a sauna that didn't get too hot

No hooks in the bathroom for clothes, no shower screen on the bath, limited buffet options for breakfast but decent Al a carte options, furniture in room not comfortable, no proper wardrobe, rug in the room but covered by the bed, no teapots or large mugs for tea

I have travelled to more than one hundred countries and stayed in numerous hotels. Neiburgs is one of my favorites. It is located just behind the Riga Cathedral and is convenient to the old town sites

The suite I booked was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Although located in a residential area, the hotel is close to "central" Riga; you can easily walk to cafes, bars, restaurants, and many cultural attractions

Good hotel for business travellers - near to city center.

In addition to the standard baby crib provided probably in most hotels they also had a baby bathtub, a potty, some shampoos/lotions for kids, a changing sheet and wet wipes, which I haven't come across in other hotels we've stayed at (mind you, we don't choose family friendly hotels, so things might be a bit different in hotels specifically aimed at families with kids)

The only downside for me personally were the motion sensor activated lights in the bathroom, which kept going off several times during the shower/bathing procedures so you had to open the door in pitch black and step outside to activate the lights once again

If truth be told, this was the main reason for our family choosing this hotel instead of a certain other hotel starting with H with great views of the old town rooftops ;) Plus, parking at A22 is way easier

An elegant, modern,sleek hotel adjacent to great restaurants, fabulous historic apartments and a major tree-lined park. That JFK stayed in the same place when he was 22 years old is a nice added touch.

I would go back and would choose the corner room again, small upgrade was given as we had so much luggage for 15 euro extra. Very clean throughout, difficult to find any dust as I am allergic

Front desk/check in was excellent, friendly and efficient. Room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Hotel was quiet and clean. Very well located for the touristy areas of Riga.

The location is great - it’s right in the heart of the city, and a beautiful building from the outside. A park is just a stone’s throw, with the old town and tram stations just a skip away.

It’s been full every time I went so I had to settle for a seat at the bar which is not very comfortable! Eating out can become expensive so I appreciated being near Rimi Express to buy drinks and snacks that I could put in the mini fridge

Hilton would be my favorite choice while traveling, and the Riga branch is fantastic which located in the heart of the delicate old town, it’s walking distance to most of the landmarks of Riga, and the environment of the hotel is undoubtedly comfortable with reasonable rate, love it!!!

If you plan to do laundry, there’s a 4. 50 euro charge to enter the laundry room and then you can use it as much as you want. Bring your own detergent! Great location In the heart of Old Riga by the House of Blackheads

This lovely hotel located in the old town, walking distance to most of the tourist sights. They had laundry facility at level 4 with a payment of EUR 4. There had lot of cafes and restaurants around them

The location is really good for us. We took a bus heading to Lithuania in the early morning. We walked to reach their. It was really easy. We did not enjoy using towels as we smelled vinegar in it.

Location is fantastic, although central but certainly quiet, tucked in the Berga Bazars estate

And we had a large Studio Room. Great brakefast which last until 11am. In 10min walk you are in the historic center. Bus and tram only like 4min walk away

Breakfast had a quite unique but delicious selection of foods, also served until 11am, so you can take your time in the morning and not feel rushed. Very polite staff at the reception and restaurant

I've been staying at the Bergs nearly 2 weeks and the staff are great, as are the rooms. I'm in one with a loft with the bed and main washroom upstairs and a nice powder room downstairs

We stayed in Hestia Jugend for six nights. We had two adults and two children with us. This hotel has very nice location next to the most beautiful art nouveau -streets and the park zone of the older part of the city

My favorite part was your 6th floor breakfast, with both a buffet of meats, cheeses, and pastries, and a la carte-created menus. I enjoyed the omelet and sausage as well as the potato pancakes

This hotel is near a Lido restaurant that opens at 10am, the Red Line tram stations, bus stops, KGB museum. Art Nouveau district is nearer to here than old town. The room has creaky floor boards, but room is clean

Location of the hotel is strategic, it’s on a street that goes towards the central train station and bus station, it’s near to public transport stops such as buses and trams, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around, even supermarkets

You can borrow a kettle from the reception if you need to boil hot water. Bar doesn’t open past 10pm, but you can have a drink there during the day. Restaurant was undergoing renovation when I was there

Old hotel but very clean and in a perfect location. They pffer good amenities. It’s old but for the price was perfect. The only downside is the internet not being very stable. Good virw from my window.

2024 My wife and I traveled to Riga and chose to stay here. The room was extremely spacious, washroom was really huge and there were basic things in the room like cups, iron, iron boards, closet and much more

The minuses: The room is worn out. It needs a vacation or an upgrade. (But remember, it was still super clean!!!) The kitchen area is just scary. And I am not gonna add more descriptions to that

the best value for money! Restarant is simple on designe but the food is deliciois and beautifuly served!

Nevertheless, I am greaful to have that scary kitchen. I was getting a cold, and it helped a lot to have the ability to boil the water several times for my throat. Will I stay there again? Yes

The hotel is perfect, very close to the city center and the bus stop. It's exactly as it appears in the photos; very clean, everything is well-organized and new

If I had to mention something "negative," it would be the exterior, because even though it's on a main street, right inside the hotel there's an interior courtyard that's a bit dark. But otherwise, everything is great!

We had a truly fantastic time staying here. Everything from the room surfaces to the bathroom was sparkling clean and the common kitchen was just spotless. A comfortable and cozy bed made us sleep well

This little hotel was awesome! We loved the location, so close to Old City attractions. It was exceptionally clean and very quiet. The rooms are very small but we were only there to sleep

About 15-20 minutes from the main attractions. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very communicative staff, responding super quickly to messages on the app and WhatsApp
