The hotel is centrally located in the old town which is ideal for sightseeing. Easy check-in and shown straight to the room which was large and spacious. Clean and comfortable although could do with an extra pillow on each bed. Tea and coffee supplies along with a kettle. Bathroom compact but perfectly good, excellent shower. Plenty of towels provided. The only negative is although the hotel location is great, directly opposite there are a number of bars and particularly on the Friday night it was extremely loud and to pretty late (our room admittedly was directly opposite so may not be quite so loud elsewhere in hotel) however the hotel pre-empt this and provide ear plugs which was really efficient of them and did the job fine. Breakfast had a very reasonable selection and good coffee. Overall an excellent stay especially value for money. Would recommend.

stayed here three nights on recent trip to riga check in was prompt and efficient we had a suite on the third floor... comprised of two large rooms and a nice sized bathroom..was ok bed was large and comfortable... room was warm and not too hot we had breakfast one morning which was included and was decent hotel location is what it is all about...dead centre of the old town and a 2min walk from the many bars and restaurants overall a very decent stay for the price we paid ...

Hotel is located right in the Old Town. Everywhere us walking distance. My room was a good size and very clean. I looked out onto the street and though there were plenty of bars it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was included which made the room rate reasonable and the choice and quality was very good. A great place to stay in Riga.

Rated 5 out of 5 because of the location, the price and it was clean, with an excellent breakfast. I stayed here twice - once during the first day of my 8 day vacation and a second time during my last day. Both rooms I stayed in were dated but both had modern renovated bathrooms. I enjoyed the central location in the old city, near restaurants and several key attractions. It was also a short walk to the bus stop route that can take you to the airport. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Great location—everything was walkable. I stayed on the fourth floor; there was some street noise, but earplugs were thoughtfully provided. As a solo traveler, I was given a room with two twin beds, which were marginally comfortable. The room was clean but definitely dated and in need of a refresh. I could also hear conversations from the neighboring room, so soundproofing could be improved. There was air conditioning and an elevator, which were convenient. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, with slow speeds and frequent connection drops. Overall, I’d rate it as a solid three-star hotel.

The standard room was worn and outdated. The brown colouring of the bathroom was straight out of the 1980s. The shower cubicle was very cramped for a big and tall man. The minibar/fridge was not on. We chilled our drinks between the window glasses. One of the chairs in the room was broken. I had to put two cushions underneath to sit on it. There are several bars next to the hotel. From the street you can hear all the noise and shouting directly into the room. The room has earplugs on the bedside table as standard. Breakfast was ok. Hotel location is very good. Plenty of restaurants and bars are close by. The hotel is suitable for a one night accommodation, but not for a longer stay. 2 1/2 stars.

This is a basic hotel in an excellent location in the Old Town of Riga. Check-in was efficient and the room was quite large. Our room was street facing so I did hear noise from the pubs nearby but nothing that kept me awake and the hotel did provide earplugs, if needed. I must commend the hotel staff as my son forgot his expensive headphones when we checked out and, when I contacted the hotel a day later, I was advised that the housekeeping staff did find them and we organised to have them posted back to our home. They've arrived safely & we are very appreciative of the service. If you're looking for value for money and want a clean bed/room in a great location, this is a great option.

Excellent central location, hotel is very central. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent breakfast with a variety of choices. Room and lobby very clean. Price is adequate. Reccomended. Only downsite is that there is a club oppisite the hotel room which might loud for some. But it was ok for us.

I had a couple of nights here with our eldest son. Excellent location. Clean , helpful staff, decent enough room. Breakfast was just ok. The lady on reception asked if we wanted a brolly when it was as hammering down. Great value for money too.

The hotel itself is amazing - very clean, renovated, with a lovely vibe and super friendly and helpful receptionists. We stayed here for almost a week with a group of 30 people and everything was excellent. The hotel restaurant offers extraordinary buffet for breakfast and their lunches and dinners are outstanding. I liked the fact that each room has a spacious desk to work at, and there is a variety of lamps to choose from. The A/C works well.
The only disadvantage is the location of the hotel - just above the Rock Cafe, open daily till 6 or 7 a.m. It means that you can't really keep the windows open because the yelling and singing of the drunken guests is immense. But once you close double windows, you hear nothing. So if you are ok with living with A/C in the room instead of the opened window, do choose this hotel for your next stay in Riga!
