This hotel is my go-to hotel everytime I want to stop over between northern states and KL. So easy to get, right beside the NSE. 7e is nearby and some other Chinese restaurants. Petronas and starbucks are nearby. Acceptable condition and clean hotel, enough for a short stop.

The room was little small in space but its enough for 2 person but the cleanliness was 👍🏻👍🏻 repeat? For sure.

I am disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. I checked in last night (18/7/25)and was shocked to find visible yellow stains on the bed sheet upon entering the room (photo attached). It was clearly unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel standard.
I immediately reported this to the reception and requested a room change. However, I was told that the stain was “not dirt” and that no room change could be made since I had already checked in. I find this response extremely unprofessional and dismissive of basic hygiene and guest comfort.
I am very dissatisfied with how the situation was handled and urge the management to take this matter seriously.

We are quite satisfied with the room, which is clean and comfortable. The presence of a lift is an added advantage, especially for guests with large luggage.

The room had a foul smell. . Uncomfortable. . The sound insulation of the room is poor. The room is not big. The location is good. There are restaurants and bars nearby. There is a parking space in front for convenience. I hope it can be improved.

Old. Only Malay channel TV. But is very convenient. Surrounded by all food.
