I must say this hotel exceeds our expectation. I check in once, by chance and I have been here for 5 times already.
I recommend, come and experience for yourselves.
The front office staffs were excellent. Precise, Swift and easy. I did not have time to ask for their names. I will do that on my next visit, for sure.
On my last trip as we were checking out, Front Office *Ain* cheerfully greeted us and ask how was our stay, and we said it was great.
Ain then ask that if we could leave a review for them and share our experience.
Thats what Im doing now.
Truly a wonderful experience.
(I will find out 2 other 2 front desk staffs name on my next visit)

I have stayed at this hotel before. But this time I had a bad experience. There are no water bottles in the room, no clothes drying rack, no towels. There is no maid service after 11 pm. Even the bedside light in the room cannot be turned off. I had to sleep with the light on all night. The front office staff is friendly. But there is a lot of deficiency in service.
