A nice place to stay in the heart of KL. The major tourist places are just a few metres away. The view from the roof-top swimming pool on the 18th floor, esp in the evening is quite good

Breakfast option is widespread and food is good. Fancy restaurants are all around this building. All the amenities are well maintained. House keeping staff are professional and friendly

Right in the heart of KL you are within walking distance of the best malls and a 5 minute walk to the Petronas Towers. I highly recommend this hotel

We've been more than please with the house. 4 quite big bedrooms which took the 7 of us. The piscine was a bonus and the kids had great fun. A lot of flowers all around which gives a good vibe

Have kitchen, common room like living room and big balcony where you can enjoy your dinner and drinks. Room clean, not dusty, clean bathroom is clean, provided shampoo and shower gel, toothbrush, clean towel

The service was good and the staff were helpful throughout the stay. On the first day, I had a serious concern regarding cleanliness, as there was a cockroach in one of the bedrooms which I removed

The rooms are spacious, with amazing views of KL. The 52 level infinity pool view was amazing overlooking KL tower and Merdeka 118. The breakfast lacks international options but was good as well

Fantastic location close to LRT and MRT stations. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite which was expansive, modernly furnished and stunning city views. Pool is amazing, again with wonderful city views, especially at night

I recently spent two nights at this hotel for a staycation and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to KLCC, which made it so convenient to explore the area

Only criticism is that this place is so busy with only a small number of lifts so you often had long wait times but a minor inconvenience given how lovely the rest of the complex is

I like the rustic setup of the hotel. My room is spacious and quiet. Location wise can’t fault at all. Lots of massage parlours and eateries in the neighbourhood. Will definitely come back to stay

Just the location, if you are travelling in groups especially female, please be extra careful and always stay alert on your surrounding. Many homeless people around the area

Locate at the KL city Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to Time Square and many Mall, LRT and Monorail to town. Security is good using access to your own level only.

room is neat despite its age. staff are friendly and the view of the KL tower is superb!

Staff were available by phone 24/7, and there was security at the building entrance, which made us feel safe. Extra perks included a laundry machine in the apartment, though a bit dated

The location is not central, but everything is reachable within 30-40 minutes by walk. Cleanliness could be improved—the carpets were a bit dirty, to be honest

However, the apartment was super spacious and comfortable, with big beds, sofas, a TV, and a small dining table with chairs

The rooftop swimming pool was a nice touch, but a few deck chairs would have made it even better

The room quality is comparable to a budget chain hotel like 7 Days Inn back home. Breakfast is provided, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. Dining options nearby are quite convenient

The Deluxe Executive room with a window was a nice upgrade, though you do get some road noise and the morning azan drifting in even on the 10th floor. Not a dealbreaker, just good to know if you're a light sleeper

At night, can hear the noise from outside when sleeping. Overall is quite a good stay and you pay for what you get

Full toiletries provided including toothbrush and toothpaste — a thoughtful touch for a budget hotel. One small tip: bring your own slippers as the in-room ones aren't the best for shower use

The windowless room on floor 12 was surprisingly peaceful — dead quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep

For my remaining nights I skipped it and explored the neighborhood instead — plenty of great local food options around Bukit Bintang worth checking out! Housekeeping came daily without fail which I really appreciated

Stayed 5 nights total — first night in a Superior Twin (no window, floor 12) with breakfast included at SGD 50. com, then 4 nights in a Deluxe Executive room (with window, floor 10) at SGD 48

It’s just my habit to wipe every surface I would place my things on and I found them dusty. Overall was above my expectation for boutique hotel. The hotel is located just opposite LaLaPort and Berjaya Times Square

We utterly enjoyed our stay except the last day when there was some guests who kept slaming the door. The sound proof was bad but it was generally quiet during our stay

On the same street, there are a lot of food options and convenience store. I would consider this boutique hotel again for same value paid $40/night or less

It’s a 2 stars boutique hotel and I understand it can’t be comparable to a 4 or 5 stars hotel in term of cleanliness or amentities
