Well located hotel, short walking distance to KL Central for transport. Hotel staff were very helpful and the room's were spotless

There's a nice rooftop terrace with comfortable sofas, lounges a large TV table seating and a small gym with changing room

Good stay at The Maple Suite it's, located near KL tower which you could even view it closely from the hotel room. Short walking distance to the main bukit bintang area and easy access to grab.

The service is good but the rooms the tv is fine location is near a construction (Izumi hotel pls go somewhere else) the down and rooms are good and also near kkv and the twin towers,and the merdeka 118

The hotel's location and service were great, but the room layout and size were terrible, and the cleanliness wasn't good either

The place is super convenient l. Really walking distance from Bukit Bintang mrt/lrt. A lot of tourists attraction are located there, so it is really accessible. Decent stay from a 3 star hotel

Adequate cleanliness and pretty tidy but not perfect tho for a large room there is no mini bar fridge as I've been to a more budget hotel around the same area with a fridge and microwave too

Housekeeping staff friendly & did a great job. Hotel Manager, Kak Anne did a fantastic job on changing a better room. I recommend this place for budget & good location area

The blanket, bed, bedsheet, pillows etc are so smelly. The TV wasn't in good performance. The air conditioner seems old and didn't function very well. The toilet didn't suit right handed person

Its location is close to all the main attractions. The reception staff is kind and helpful. The room had everything you needed, everything worked properly. I had a view of Merdeka from my window, it's very beautiful

The room is very spacious, and the bed is absolutely huge, easily accommodating two adults and a child. Although the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean

Excellent stay at Kingston Hotel 18! The location is unbeatable—just a short 2-minute walk to the MRT station, which made getting around so easy

I did not have time to ask for their names. I will do that on my next visit, for sure. On my last trip as we were checking out, Front Office *Ain* cheerfully greeted us and ask how was our stay, and we said it was great

First time in Premiera for daughters graduation. Very surprised and dissapointed with the Hotel Parking space since it is was still a working day so finding a parking was challenging

It was smooth at the Check-in counter on the first day. The room was clean but there was no TV. Service on the phone was quite bad could hardly get an answer immediately

The location and the price wins me. Easy to park if you drive your own car (street parking or public parking on opposite side). Easy access to prime KL location. Room size is fine and the design is good.

Pros-good location; room is clean; WiFi speed is fast; hot shower pressure is good; air con is cool and reception gives 2 cards so you can come back to a nice and cool room; has room slippers and safe; can check out later at good rate of RM15 per hour

not good when booking grab as they have to make a lot of u turns to get to you. Overall if food is your main itenerary this would be a convenient location as most michelin style resto are very walkable from the hotel

They are sensitive and understand patrons needs and effect full refund for matter beyond their control (due to water disruption) despite not yet getting refund from their booking vendor provider

the room is okay, and service in the counter also smooth. The service from Yati is very clearful & she very cheerful to help us to check in. so far so recommanded

It's clean, comfy, quiet and the staff are very kind. The scenic and pristine Taman Tasik Danau Kota Park is just behind the hotel. A mall is next door and there are countless restaurants in every direction

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Jalan Alor. Inside, it's very clean and hygienic, and the bed is just right – not too hard, not too soft, very comfortable.

The hotel is quite good, especially for Mayday fans. It's a bit crowded, but everything else is fine. I hope the hotel can improve its service next time
