This hotel left a really good impression and great memories. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view from the window
Chose this hotel for Christmas because of their Christmas buffet. The bathroom was a bit dated, but overall it was very clean. The view was great and the location was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious too.
It's also convenient for getting around; there's a mall across the street, and it's not too far to walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. There was even an event on New Year's Eve
There are quite a few Michelin-starred restaurants nearby, as well as bars and night markets, which creates a really vibrant atmosphere
Service: Satisfactory, completely met expectations. Environment: Great location, very convenient for getting around
The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very friendly and nice

In short, it's not absolutely perfect, but the excellent soft services definitely make up for some of the minor hardware shortcomings
I initially thought the location was a plus, but then I encountered a music festival. Roads around the hotel were blocked or jammed, and even getting to the subway station was a chaotic mess of people
Cleanliness was also good; it's rare to see a 10-year-old bathroom without limescale or yellowing. The front desk and doorman service were up to Ritz-Carlton standards
The Ritz-Carlton in Kuala Lumpur city center is only about a five-minute walk from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a walk-in closet
This feels like the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and the location is excellent too. The butler service is incredibly thoughtful; they even bring your luggage right to your room door and are very polite
The room was huge; it said 173 square meters, but it felt just as spacious as my own 240-square-meter apartment. The decor was a bit dated but still tasteful and well-maintained

Recommending restaurants and sights to visits with care. The pool area was great for adults and perfect for toddlers too. The spa and sauna area a absolute delight. The gym was way nice than my fitness first membership
The night view of the Petronas Twin Towers was amazing! They also added an extra bed, which was a nice touch. Check-in was on the L floor, right at the top, and there's a separate elevator to get to the rooms.
You can enjoy a view of the Twin Towers from the 38th floor, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Pavilion and Suria KLCC, making it super convenient for getting around
The hotel is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained!
The shower in the room was excellent (strong water pressure and multiple functions)
Of course, having to transfer elevators in the lobby to get to the rooms was a slight inconvenience, but it didn't really waste much time and was totally acceptable
The lobby offers a direct view of the Petronas Twin Towers, and the tower-view rooms also boast direct views of the towers

One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which was excellent with a good variety and quality
Overall, a comfortable stay and a good option for travelers looking for value, space, and reliable service in Kuala Lumpur
There is a underground station. It is very convenient. The room is small, but very convenient. There is a couch in the room and comfortable bad.
Stayed at ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park for a day during my visit to Kuala Lumpur, and overall it was a pleasant experience
The hotel was good, with spacious and comfortable rooms that made the stay relaxing. The service provided by the staff was good and courteous throughout the stay
The room was clean and comfortable and there was breakfast, but I always wake up late and the location near the train is great. Next time I will go again and try the breakfast.🤍

Nice staff at the reception and hell boys who both deliver and pick your luggage upon departure. This hotel is a safe bet to stay at
After almost 20 years of not being in KL, we decided to stay at pavilion hotel as Bukit Bintang being the most central location
Thank you Pavilion KL for early check in. Also thank you for the chair in shower area. Excellent location. Will continue to stay in Banyan Tree Pavilion KL when we travel to KL. Highly recommended.
Breakfast quality is average - the freshly made prata and eggs are the highlight. Limited tv channels for English movies, towels in room were thin and rough - this was quickly mproved after housekeeping were informed
The hotel is close to all the shopping & eateries, walking distance to KLCC and TRX as well. The room corridors have wonderful scent, beds are comfortable. I like that toilet & bathroom are separate
We booked 2 room but one room with bad smell.
Hotel car park signage not clear as we park at hotel side we don’t know need to pass another barrier end up Cause us pay total RM52 parking fee.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very nice and so was my room. I especially enjoyed the view from my window. Hotel was pretty secure as needed to use your room key to use the elevator to your floor
Second time staying in this hotel. Love the location as it’s just a few minutes walk to Pavilion KL area and a lot of nice cafe and restaurants around that area too. Will come back again next time!
The location is excellent, the staff were super friendly and polite, and both rooms were big and comfortable
The service are good and the sleeping bed are comfortable. Also thank to new water refill on there
I only wished there were gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk; the manager was helping his colleagues, which was nice to see.
For sure, I will come back again to this hotel
There was a strange smell in the corridor, I think because of the weather, but it did not affect our stay or rooms at all. We took breakfast, which was fair

Amazing experience at Sunway Velocity Hotel! The Chinese staff at the counter left a great impression with their excellent service. The room was super comfortable and clean, and honestly everything was just perfect
Good location, clean. Room comfortable and staff also good service.
The pool water was very clean, and the view at night was excellent. The gym environment was also fantastic, with a full range of equipment
First, Room a little bit dusty. 1 and 2 days is all good until 3rd day comes. Request Room Cleaning from 9AM then when back to Room around 1 PM still not clean until 4PM. Call many times same answer bla bla bla
Stayed at this hotel for the New Year countdown. Overall, everything was good, and it was very convenient to return to the hotel after the countdown. The only downside was the water pressure, which could be improved
The entire room, upon entry, immediately greets you with vibrant green wallpaper and excellent natural light. The hotel bed was quite comfortable, but the pillows were on the firm side

Really enjoyed my stay here - most importantly because it is at a strategic location in the heart of KL but very peaceful and serene. Service was good too with turndown & bubble bath services provided. Will be back! :)
This time, the room was the best one I've had so far! I really enjoyed my stay. I felt like the quality of the cake had gone down a bit, but I'd still love to stay here again next time.
The hotel didn't note down the request which I personally called up(forgot to take down the person name) just to make sure all is followed up and I wrote down on the remarks collum when I made the booking again just to make sure
Only 1 room is ready but unfortunately we received the wrong room as we booked king bed but was given twin bed. Then we're told to wait for like 30mins even when we already came quite late at 5pm
We've been told the room is not ready. Only 1 room is ready but unfortunately we received the wrong room as we booked king bed but was given twin bed

I stayed in the new building, and the room facilities were decent. The front desk and concierge staff provided excellent service, and there was a good variety of breakfast options
It is also within walking distance to Muzium Negara, making it perfect for both leisure and short city trips. I especially loved the ambience of the hi-tea lounge, which was elegant, cozy, and perfect for relaxing
The staff provided good service, but I felt the cleaner wasn't doing their job thoroughly. After complaining to the lobby manager, they promptly resolved the issue by moving me to a different room.
The room was well-equipped with amenities like a coffee machine and tea bags, and the environment was pleasant. Throughout my stay, the service was consistently friendly and turn-down service was provided
My room was comfortable and came with a large bathroom, plus a lovely view of KL that made the stay even more enjoyable. It was a memorable experience, and I would happily stay here again
It's within walking distance of attractions like the National Mosque, museums, and the Old Railway Station. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit

Although the hotel isn't brand new it is still a very good place to be. We arrived a bit late (2300) as our flight was delayed. The staff was still there and very friendly
We did intend to visit the city centre only for 1 day but it was all so nearby and beautiful that we stayed 2 extra days. The Twin Towers were about a 5 minute walk or so
When we opened our curtains in the room we saw the twin towers with all the lights on and very nearby
The best part about the place that stood out was the event venue and the variety of offered services. The staff were also very keen to help out
A smile and warm approach make a world of difference, especially for regular guests. I still have many good memories at Corus KLCC, and this hotel has been part of my life for a long time
BUT WAS WAITING TO CATCH MY TRANSPORT (BUS). !! THE STAFFS OF HOTEL VERY2 🤝 FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTION SIDE N BELL BOYS. !! JUST EXCELLENT N ❤️ HEART WARMING GUYS WITH THEIR CONSTANT SMILE 😇

I love it. I was surprised that the friendly hotel staff allowed me to check in early before 2pm.
The room was nice and i enjoyed my sleep here. Wifi also good. The only thing to improve is the TV channel selection.
Very good stay overall, enjoy nearby amenities such as Mamak restaurant, KLCC and Mall.
You'll need to bring your own universal adapter. It's just over 100 meters to the Petronas Twin Towers on foot. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's very convenient for attractions and the subway
Known for its spacious modern rooms and stunning views of the Petronas Towers, generally offers good value, though some guest mention potential noise from construction or traffic
The Hotel facility , room and location was very nice ! breakfast also good and delicious. Will repeat again
Chinatown is also within walking distance

Love the room, it’s very clean. The services provided is excellent. Would come again definitely.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to a shopping mall, and you can walk to the Petronas Towers in about ten minutes. There are many convenience stores and restaurants across the street
The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to Pavilion, Suria KLCC, and public transport, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing
Comfortable hotel for 3 night stay. Food quality good. Attentive staff. Didn’t use the pool but it looks nice.
The hotel is within walking distance to Pavilion, TRX, and KLCC, which I really liked. It’s close to crowded areas, yet still feels convenient and away from traffic jams and human noise
Check-in was fast, and the hotel accommodated my requests, which I appreciated. The only issue I experienced was that the hot water temperature was not consistent

Not only were all the basics covered perfectly but the amazing team there went above and beyond to help us with some of our unique requirements. Excellent service, excellent food and friendly and super efficient staff
I used to stay here back then, and ya thank you for the services. Im still in love with this place 🥹❤️
The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, though nothing fancy
Not the best, but not the worst either. My main complaint would be the cleanliness. My room had a thick collection of dirt and dust behind the door. But the staff were amazing at their job, so helpful and accommodating.
We stayed at Cosmo Hotel KL for a few nights and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—walking distance to Masjid Jamek LRT, Central Market, and plenty of local food
Soft n nice pillow which really rare for a cheap hotel👍👍👍
Hotel got space of the street so grabcar can wait /transit easily. Bcos the street is little bit busy during peak hour.
Eatries and groceries shop nearby

Overall, it's very clean, fresh, and comfortable, perfect for couples traveling together. The location is convenient for us, and the service attitude is quite good. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.
The hotel is in a very nice location and the food is good. I will definitely go back to this hotel. Staffs are also kind and accomodating.
everything is good but the breakfast doesn't seem to fit my pallet except for the dimsum. nonetheless, it was worth it
I was amazed with with excellent service from the team, staffs are very friendly
Hard to find the way to the car park. Check in counter slow. Many china people stay, and the lift alley was a bit dark. The bed is soft and good. Water pressure ok.
Location is good amenities is good but the front desk staff service is poor and the restaurant for breakfast staff bad experience

The only feedback I have regarding the room is that since there was no need to insert a key card (I’m guessing it uses sensors),so it felt a bit odd when the lights completely turned off while we were in the toilet for a while
The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfy bed, and great views of the city. Breakfast buffet good and loved the local dishes. Location was great for exploring Bukit Bintang
This was an amazing decision to book our KL accommodation here. We booked a Level Suite which was a good choice with access to its lounge. We enjoyed both breakfast and afternoon tea there
The best staycation i have for yr2025. Definitely will come again😁 Everything is great 👍.
The location is great which is next to malls and canteens. The hotel isn’t new but quite clean. Just the price is quite high in holiday session.
Great stay! It was a impromptu staycation, and it end perfectly. Thanks so much for the free late check out. Definitely coming back soon ☺️

Location was excellent walking distanced to shopping like lot 10/ pavilion and other shops restaurants, bukit bingtang station aa well as jalan alor street food and the 24 hour massage street
Prime Location, next to Lot 10. Hotel service, amenities and the staff are excellent! Enjoyed our short trip during the weekend here! Definitely coming back in near future. 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟
I didn’t use facilities in the hotel as I was only there one night and room was comfortable as well as the mattress. It was good value for money too given the location
The Deluxe room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a good bed and enough space to relax after a day in the city. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff handled everything professionally
The gym is small but has decent amount of equipment. Laundry is relatively cheap at 4-5 Ringit per piece. Another huge plus, the location. It is so close to Jalan Alor Market, Pavilion mall and the Bukit Bintang monorail
Loved my experience at this hotel! For the price, it is an absolute steal. There is literally nothing I can complain about. It met all the standards of a classy hotel. So normal check-in is at 3pm

Enjoyed the food (breakfast & dinner). Good proximity to Monorail / LRT stations
& maybe also the hotel need to put up an explanation at the lifts that to use them, we need to tap our room keycard. (Was confused at first & had to help a few other guests who didn't know about it)
Maybe the part we didn't enjoy is the location of the machine to read our card when we enter the parking area (sloping - too steep, should be a bit lower )
The hotel is situation in the heart of KL. & easy assessed to many KL attractions. The room is quite big and the bed is comfortable. But the toilet is quite old and the cleanliness can still be improved
KL can be viewed from the hotel room
She mumbled and was unclear, making it hard to understand her accent. She also wasn't aware of Ramadan. When I asked what time sahur was for Ramadan, she didn't understand. Valet parking was RM40/day, which was okay

Regis' butler service lives up to its reputation; from the thoughtful welcome at check-in to promptly addressing all needs, guests feel truly pampered
The hotel is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with abundant shopping and dining options nearby, making transportation very convenient
Beautiful hotel to organise a wedding reception if you are willing to splurge. It is expensive but very much worth it. Rooms are clean and comfortable with lots of space to move around
Regis Suite offers an experience of ultimate luxury and comfort. The room is spacious with elegant and grand decor
The sundeck and outdoor pool are perfect for relaxation, and the sauna facilities are excellent for unwinding after a long journey
The breakfast experience is outstanding, offering delicious, high-quality cuisine with an excellent variety that truly elevates the stay 🤍

Within walking distance of several attractions, good size room with tea and coffee availability. Good service, quiet location. No problems.
Excellent location for local site seeing and very close to late night bars. Plenty of food options nearby too. The hotel was a good price for what it is
Room service was good, except for the fact that they provided very little amount of water for free during summers. Could've provided bigger bottles for each people. Rooms were clean, washroom was nice
Location was good.
Take grab to move around as very limited car parks in the hotel..
Breakfast was pretty good. I love the congee
Good location, big room space, beautiful room, good breakfast and reasonable price. Overall very happy with the stay 😃👍🏻.
Good location, great hotel overall and breakfast. Laundry is very expensive and they do not accept credit card payments for excurision they sell. There are very good restauranr around the area!

I wish they had some fried noodles; it was mostly Western and local dishes. The gym is good, and the rooftop bar on Saturdays with happy hour is a great deal!
The staff were very kind and respectful. The hotel and our room were clean. Only the breakfast was weak, otherwise everything was very good.
Nice upmarket place. Rooftop pool and bar make the difference. Good value for what you get. Handy for attractions
Great location, with tons of food options right outside the door. The environment is decent, and the facilities are standard. Over a thousand a night including breakfast, and they actually offered a complimentary dinner
The way to parking is a bit complicated but the parking fee is RM10 per stay (it is cheap compare to other hotels). The valet/security are very polite and always greeting us every day
The room is spacious but we did not get the capsule coffee on our second night. Perhaps now is low season so we were few of the Asian customers, all other guests were from oversea
