The hotel lobby on 6B offers beautiful views overlooking the KLCC fountain! Although the Petronas Twin Towers aren't fully visible and are partially obstructed, it's great to feel like they're right next door! The hygiene and service are excellent! While the breakfast selection isn't particularly unique or extensive, it's decent and enough to eat! It did get a bit repetitive after three days, though...

Location is good but hotel is very old, arrive at hotel around 1+ in the morning, staff was unfriendly, no greeting and smile at all. There is a stench when going into the room, hotel is carpeted

Room was clean and spacious if you are travelling solo or couple. Hotel was just within walking distance to Berjaya Time Square and Pavillon Mall. Sungai Wang Plaza and Plaza Low Yat sits just opposite the hotel.

A good hotel in the city center, with a view of the Petronas Tower from the room window. The metro station is 2 minutes away.

Still acceptable, breakfast not so good just a normal breakfast, stay the room near to lift area abit noisy can hear lift working sound.

This hotel is quite good, and its location is a major plus, right next to Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown. You'll find plenty of food options nearby, especially the numerous restaurants in Chinatown

On top of that, the service provided by the staff is very good — they are helpful, friendly, and make sure guests feel comfortable during their stay

There's also a walking street that closes at 10 PM. Malaysian restaurants are generally excellent and always a good choice; in my opinion, any of them would be highly praised

The cups were dirty and not even same. We found a diaper under the bed that means they did not clean properly. This is not even three star hotel standard, the location was not good for females who go with friends

It happened to be a local celebration day with music concerts, and many of the roads leading to the hotel were closed. Being new to the area, we struggled to find the right way into the parking

The hotel room prices are affordable and good for value. The elevator though, specifically the elevators doors, are very slow. The hotel has many guests and the slow elevator makes this frustrating.

Location is good for shopping near Ariani, Jakel Mall, Jalan TAR and Sogo. Car park charge per entry, RM6. 60 per entry, quite limited if you arrive late at midnight

It's also close to the city center, and there's a convenience store in the lobby downstairs. Toothbrushes are an extra charge, and you need to get a hairdryer from the front desk. I recommend bringing your own slippers
