The room is quite clean and cozy. However, even though I turned on the housekeeping switch every day, I did not receive housekeeping service and had to call the front desk each time to request it. The soundproofing is very poor, I could clearly hear doors opening and closing from the room next to mine while trying to sleep. In addition, there was a water leak under the sink every day after I showered. During my stay, there were also hot water interruptions. When I asked about possible solutions or compensation, the maintenance staff simply advised me to run the water for 15 minutes, which did not effectively resolve the issue.

Good location. Nearby masjid jamek lrt. Which is interchange station with kelana Jaya line. So good. Only 1 station to bukit bintang.
Room - very spacious for that price. Worth the money.
Room got full carpet covered. Soft n nice pillow which really rare for a cheap hotel👍👍👍
Hotel got space of the street so grabcar can wait /transit easily. Bcos the street is little bit busy during peak hour.
Eatries and groceries shop nearby. Walking distance to merdeka tower n padang merdeka.

Not the best, but not the worst either. My main complaint would be the cleanliness. My room had a thick collection of dirt and dust behind the door. But the staff were amazing at their job, so helpful and accommodating.

Room is clean with minimum amenities. Front desk person is friendly but housekeeping team a bit slow. They left me almost a day without towel. But overall it is satisfactory to stay here. If happen you drive dont forget to allocate fee for parking. 😄

The room very small and its supposed a suite with window but it cant even open a centimetre for air .. no car park only private parking outside available and expensive .. security was friendly .. tv remote not working as battery stale with water inside ..

We stayed at Cosmo Hotel KL for a few nights and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—walking distance to Masjid Jamek LRT, Central Market, and plenty of local food. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, though nothing fancy. Great value for the price!

Terrible experience for staying at here..we stay at floor 9. When we check in our room, there are wall sticker working in progress which cause the corridor dirty and messy all the way from lift to our room.
There is no room slippers prepared and the floor map was terrible dirty.
Drinking water provided in glass bottles but when we wan to drink, we notice there are a lot a lot terrible horrible dirt floating inside the water which causing we vomiting as feeling disgusting.
Hotel did not change the tissue box on the table which tht tissue become empty after we use few pieces,so I m very sure that tissue box was leftover by previous customer,this is very disgusting experience.
We requesting extra blanket and the room service send over a dirty blanket which without blanket cover on it.. I have requested a blanket cover, and the guy said, ur this blanket don't have cover! This is blanket, that's it.. No cover for it! How rude is this!
Hotel breakfast provided, however, food was terrible. Coffee machine provided but extra charge is u would like to get drink from coffee machine. there was small cockcroach moving under the food container on the table. .. How terrible is that!! I have informed the manager, and we saw he just simply check and walk away.
Room key also a big issue, our key card unable open our room door after our breakfast. There is no table phone prepare nearby on that floor causing we need to go down to M FLOOR for reception counter. The lady help us reset the room key card and advise us to test again. We go up to 9th floor, and too bad, it's still unable to open our room door. We are very upset and went down to reception at M floor again,that lady reset again our room card key, after we requested and stress on the issue, then only a guy follow us back to 9th floor. Unfortunately, that guy tested and our room card key still faulty! That guy mentioned there are room key programming prob.. Very obviously, this is not 1st time issue and they seem like very well known on this issue. Our room key successful manage to open our room door after the guy reset something on his laptop, and advice us to go in room, and he will rest to lock back the door.. This is super bad experience causing us feel very insecure on the security Terrible horrible service.

If your looking for decent burger with affordable price this is it. For me it is the best fast food burger chain in malaysia. Why dine with clown if your can dine with the king? Hehehe

The BBQ burger I had for lunch was absolutely delicious my first day there. I went back that night for lunch and they wouldn't accept my credit card (which I used during the day). I went back the next morning for breakfast at 845am and they were closed but the labeling on the door said they should have been open at 8am. I went somewhere else for breakfast. Again, came back at the same time I did the first day, placed my order and tried to use my card. They had me standing there for about 7 long minutes before telling me they couldn't use my credit card again.
Tables weren't clean when I ate there the first time, lines are always long and go slowly and dining area is always too full.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and six nuggets meal with coke fries and sweet n sour sauce guy told me no sweet n sour so had ketchup guy gave me double cheeseburger six nuggets two cokes three pairs of chips but still satisfied with the meal that's why I gave it three stars

Great traditional food with nice art to admire while eating.This place, located at the Mezzanine of Central Market offers Baba Nyona cuisine which is very unique in Malaysia. Baba Nyona are a community of mixed ethnicity consisting of Malay and Chinese ( in a over simplified explanation). And hence, the food is very special. Some dishes here can be pretty spicy and hence you may want to ask the waiter to reduce the spiciness or ask for no spice at all. There are curry dishes, fried, soupy and also finger food. There is a lovely selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. My preference is the Coconut or fresh fruit juices. The environment may be a little noise during peak times as it is usually packed. Best make a reservation to avoid being disappointed. If there is a specific dish you would like to cook in a particular manner, feel free to ask the waiter and I am sure they would accommodate.

Do not go to this place. Everything is lousy. I ordered fish head curry, only to find out that there is no fish head, only fish tail bone and fin bone. I ask the manager and he said it is their way to do fish head curry. My advise to the restaurant is to rename this item to fish bone curry. I gave it one star for the diet coke.

Restaurant with tradisional chinese style interior design. Food are delicious especially their signature dishes but service need improvement. Prefer to have round table for group gathering.

Dishes are delicious, service is below average, prices are affordable and valuable. No dress code. Very good and authentic decoration.
