Only used the swimming pool area and private beach as was diving on the day. Pools are clean, water pleasant. Nice paddle pool for kids with fountain, which my 3YO loved. I really enjoyed the beach. Much quieter than the public beach in the bay. Free sun loungers and umbrellas. Even a little slide for kids. The sand is soft, perfect for children.

Really really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has large, beautiful gardens and our room had a very nice sea view. This hotel is an absolute gem in the rock of Malta, facilities are amazing, Sauna, 3 pools, spa, great restaurants and genuinely unbeatable price. We had a wonderful seven days at Paradise Bay Resort. The staff was nice and helpful. We had a bay view hotel room, it was so clean and the air conditoner worked well. We were on half-board, the breakfast and the dinner was good, you can choose from a wide variety of food. In the future, we would choose the hotel again, when we are on a holiday in Malta.

The rooms, restaurant, hallways, and reception area were clean and tidy (90/100). However, the swimming pool and spa area were heavily moldy. Furthermore, guests and staff were walking around the pool wearing street shoes. The cleanliness there is absolutely unacceptable (0/100).

Overall it was good. Food was very good. But room had a bad smell.
