I didn't stay at this place but I needed a washing machine to clean some clothes during my holiday. This place has a washing machine and dryer open to non guests. €4 for a token and 50c for washing tablet. Very helpful when you have messy kids during a holiday. Thank you!

Buses run frequently right outside hotel and for 2 EUROs per person for 2 hours - you can get anywhere on the island very cheaply. And there is so much for ALL ages to explore and do. Great property with very friendly staff. Room amenities are more than sufficient for a short stay and plenty of great restaurants right across the road too. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and the property has an array of swimming pools .

For access to Gozo & Comino it is exceptional. Hotel is made for all inclusive guests otherwise the hours and access to the pool are impossible. Extremely misleading room description. We had a wonderful seven days at Paradise Bay Resort. The staff was nice and helpful. We had a bay view hotel room, it was so clean and the air conditoner worked well. We were on half-board, the breakfast and the dinner was good, you can choose from a wide variety of food. In the future, we would choose the hotel again, when we are on a holiday in Malta.

Only used the swimming pool area and private beach as was diving on the day. Pools are clean, water pleasant. Nice paddle pool for kids with fountain, which my 3YO loved. I really enjoyed the beach. Much quieter than the public beach in the bay. Free sun loungers and umbrellas. Even a little slide for kids. The sand is soft, perfect for children.

Really really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has large, beautiful gardens and our room had a very nice sea view. The all-inclusive option is really good value for money because it entitles you to free drinks and snacks from the bar (in addition to the 3 buffet meals a day). This hotel is an absolute gem in the rock of Malta, facilities are amazing, Sauna, 3 pools, spa, great restaurants and genuinely unbeatable price. The staff are amazing and they look after you so well. I can honestly say that it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a hotel for the price it was offered at.

The rooms, restaurant, hallways, and reception area were clean and tidy (90/100). However, the swimming pool and spa area were heavily moldy. Furthermore, guests and staff were walking around the pool wearing street shoes. The cleanliness there is absolutely unacceptable (0/100).

There was a well-equipped kitchen, a small balcony, two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a TV with a sofa. So everything was great!

We stayed at the Luna Holiday Complex over Christmas and had a pleasant overall experience.
